I recommend the double chicken tostadas they are absolutely the best. It took a while longer to get my order but the place was busier than usual. Their dinning area was clean.

So i paid for a tostada combo, which includes the tostada, soda, and chips, and guess what? I didn't get my chips unbelievable. The food is good, tho.

This place is insane every time I come here even tho it's early they are always out of anything. When it's not chicken it's sides that they ran out or either they don't want to provide them. I hope they start changing all that and start having better service from now on

Came to this location to grab some dinner for my family. I just have to say the customer service was horrible. The lady at the drive-through was horribly rude. Will not be coming here ever to top it off. The food was horrible. Not only that but was missing ingredients. Bad customer service The lady at the window it was 8:45 PM The lady working at the drive-through was rude. They really need to learn how to have customer service if they're going to be dealing with customers ... 6/19/24 time 8:45 pm if I was the owner of this Pollo Loco, I would really be evaluating who is working and presenting the brand.... they lost a good customer for poor customer service from lady at the drive thru She also lied to me. She told me they had no more rice and it was a lie because the other worker told me they did have all the ingredients.
