oco has a new system of ordering and it sucks...I should have done the drive through it would have been quicker...I walked in..it took 15 minutes to get a $2.60 quesadilla..the machine wouldn't work and you have to add salsa to your order which I did not see on the screen.When it was ready I picked it up there was no salsa and the person who handed me the quesadilla said you didn't order it. I am hating on this new automation.Its the Spanish Ikea food court

Me and my boyfriend went to this pollo loco and the we forgot to put what sauce we wanted on the order and when we went to get our order we told them we wanted hot sauce when he proceeded to get mad at us that we should’ve put it on our order but we forgot to do but he acted if it was to much of a deal to reach over and get and this has happened various times where we forget to put it on the order and various times he gets mad about it

They went completely kiosk inside. They will not take your orders at all. You must order yourself on the kiosk. It was very hard for some people.

Website says they are open until 9:30 , I get here at 9 and they say they can’t take my order because they are closed .

At this location the machine takes your $100 bill and does not give you change. The manger José will tell to pick up tomorrow. This manager does not know how to treat customers.

This is the worst place they always forget items there service is the worst!!! The only reason that I go here is because it’s near my house, but I guess I’m gonna start driving the extra mile since I always have to come back for the items that they’re missing. It’s already ridiculous and inconvenient don’t go here go to a different location..
