This is the worst place they always forget items there service is the worst!!! The only reason that I go here is because it’s near my house, but I guess I’m gonna start driving the extra mile since I always have to come back for the items that they’re missing. It’s already ridiculous and inconvenient don’t go here go to a different location..

Outside of the chicken being extra citrusy, I have a complaint that the female workers during (4/18/2025) night shift. And were pulling an “act”, “playing victim” that I was going to cause “harm” to them due to their lack of enthusiasm. And was skipping me while letting other customers order ahead of me. And was cursing at me in Spanish in an aggressive manner and see it as a form of of discrimination due to me being an English speaking individual first and I shouldn’t the treated in such manner because I’m a consumer.
If you want to see proof of incident check surveillance between 9-9:30 pm.

Had some difficulties ordering using the self service, but didn't know how to scan.my rewards card. I asked the staff, but they didn't know. Also I aske for limes, but there were none anymore.

I bought a meal at 12:45 it is the worst meat that I have ever got, looked like Mexican chicharones, cooked one or several days before. I do not recommend this place.

Love the chicken bowl. Always freshly made with avocados, rice, lettuce, salsa, and chicken in an eatable bowl.
Food = meat ultra dry avocado looks super old black and nasty They have self-service machine , no cashiers but a skinny lady that cooks is jelling learn how to use the machine guys , gor some people don't even know how to Wright or read not even in spanish , this idea is so wrong on el pollo lovo corporation. Atmosphere Is good All the employees here at el pollo loco are not happy, they take for ever to just give you a side of dressing, if service continues like this , I CAN SEE EL POLLO LOCO go out of business super super quick, because the expectations to service is tremendously super bad, and food is really bad presentation

I ordered a 8 pieces family chicken meal I ask for juice chicken, and they give the chicken burn and hard I can belive it I have photo's of the burn chicken I put in the trash, can eat it, I talk to the chief of pollo loco Brenda i think, she said go to el pollo loco where you buy, and ask for the person in charge and they going to give youyour order, I when and I just waist my time, I when to that place I ask for the person in charge and she said I'm sorry is nothing for you, I when around 5:20pm her name is I isela 8/10/24
