Today it’s may 21 -25 this is one of my favorite places but today I get the chicken very dry I know chik Brest is dry but toda I don’t know and the caslow salad was no flavor at all was very dry if you want tips for this let me know I still be your costumer this is my advice

We always order at this location on 07/30/2024 when we arrived to order a takeout order, we had to place the order ourselves in the new system they have since they no longer have staff to take the orders, and the truth is that it is very It was complicated, the orders went wrong, apart from the fact that the chicken was tasteless and very dry, that had never happened to us, the staff has never been very attentive but at least the food tasted good and it was easy to place the orders now my family doesn't even have that and I are seriously thinking about other options

He's not the crazy chicken I knew. Now they don't give dishes, they don't give sauce or they limit it, the atmosphere is not familiar like before, the service is not like before, instead of improving it is being lost... You no longer feel that satisfaction when visiting Pollo Loco. I hope it gets resolved.
The service cleans the taste of the food well, the only thing is the very high price and the small pieces of chicken and that is how it is in all the crazy chicken restaurants

no bad, I asked for a burrito without spice and obviously they didn’t hear and I got spice and had to drink 5 water bottle don’t buy the workers obviously don’t know how to listen. I got this order 3 times without spice and it comes good but this time they don’t know how to listen.
