I recently went to Pollo Norteño for the first time and I was happy with the great service. The food was fresh and great quality. As for the customer service, the cashier was fast and nice when taking my order. I got my food right away.

I've been here years ago and was a regular then the chicken was worth coming back again and again. Today I ordered the chicken burrito along with my boyfriend same order. The chicken was old, tough, and rubbery as if we gotten the ends. We both commented how extremely dry it was h3 wanted to complain but as he hadn't eaten all day he just finished what we ordered and said never again. Im surprised that they would serve such chicken. Disappointed!

I’ve been looking for a decent spot for grilled chicken not named El Pollo Loco. I was hoping this would be it, but I’ll need to keep searching.

The chicken had good overall flavor, but it was somewhat dry. I did go later in the day around 730pm, so maybe the chicken had been sitting for a while.

I also didn’t like that they throw the tortillas in the container with the chicken. They got soggy and made them less enjoyable.

Salsas were good and service was good. I might try a burrito next time instead, but I’ll be passing on their grilled chicken.

What a bad attitude from that lady with short hair glasses. I am a customer almost every week but I have no desire to return the chicken. It is very good. I need a supervisor. Those lady told me that she was going to try to clean her. I dropped a grain of rice. Why is she just going to clean?
