I recently went to Pollo Norteño for the first time and I was happy with the great service. The food was fresh and great quality. As for the customer service, the cashier was fast and nice when taking my order. I got my food right away.
I’ve been looking for a decent spot for grilled chicken not named El Pollo Loco. I was hoping this would be it, but I’ll need to keep searching.
The chicken had good overall flavor, but it was somewhat dry. I did go later in the day around 730pm, so maybe the chicken had been sitting for a while.
I also didn’t like that they throw the tortillas in the container with the chicken. They got soggy and made them less enjoyable.

Good service, good hard working people, food is always delicious! They actually CLOSE at 8pm excatly and not 7:30 like other restaurants where you call in at 7 30 and they reject your service because the kitchen is closed at 730. WHY NOT JUST CLOSE AT 730 THEN?! My go to place if I ever need food this late. ?
