If I could give zero stars I would, I liked this place a lot before but it was too much to pass up again and again yesterday I went to eat with my son and cousin and literally they had just brought me my plate of food and a hair was on my plate and I told the waitress and she told me this hair is falling out of here because inside there are only men working (probably she is a man and so is the manager and other waitresses 🤦🏽♀️) anyway I asked her to change my food and then when my cousin almost finished eating, her plate was different 🤦🏽♀️ and the girl was just trying to imply that we went, I didn't ask for a discount and I tried not to pay my bill but it bothered me a lot that she didn't even Not even the “manager” offered an apology. I tried not to say it loudly so that the rest of the customers wouldn't hear, but they deserved that I would have done the opposite due to lack of education. At the very least, we expected an apology. When I paid $80 for a cake and some enchiladas and some tacos 🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️aaah and to finish I gave 4 $20 bills and the manager came back saying they were short $20 and I told her I'll give you 4 hilledtes of . $29 and it turns out they were “under the plates”😡😡😡😡.. they really went too far!!!! Super expensive, slow and dirty now! 😡😡😡

Since the place changed owners, the food is no longer good. I loved the pressed chicharrón quesadillas with cheese. Now the chicharrón is so ugly that it makes you want to vomit. The seasoning of the food is no longer the same. I don't recommend it. The service is terrible. and attention

First of all I want to say that I am not one of those who leave bad comments but the truth is that today I had one of the worst services I have had in my life, Rincon Chilango is one of the places that I like the most to eat their food and I went there for years and today that I was nearby I wanted to take my family, we all ordered my food, it never arrived after almost everyone had finished. The waitress asked me if something was missing and I told her that if she left and didn't come back after a while, I'd better ask another waitress. What happened was that I was missing food and that everyone had already finished eating, he went into the kitchen and came out without telling me if there had been any problem, any mistake or some setback, I assumed that he went and told them well what was happening and my co .ida would arrive at any moment but no that was not the case after several minutes the original waitress arrived and asked and said that they had already brought me my order and I told her that they better cancel the order and only charge for what was consumed she went to I thought the kitchen was going to come out and say excuse me for any setback or any explanation or apology but she came out with the bill and just told me not to charge her for the zome and the chubby girl that they didn't give her either turned around and left me the bill and never came back To go out, I had better have to tell another waitress that if she would please charge me apart from the time they made me waste to pay, I had to find out who would charge me for the service.
