Was once great all around upon my most recent experience i was a bit disappointed. I will say there is hope with some T.L.C and better customer service it would have a solid 3 stars. It was once a closer to 5 in my opinion. Right now it might be closer to 1 star. Food kinda saves it

Normally, I don’t complain about “wait times” because there isn’t much to control for the surplus of customers vs. employees; HOWEVER, that wasn’t the case here😅 I ordered a plain ol’ cheeseburger with lettuce & thousand island sauce (their combo) and as seen in the pics I was the only person aside from two ladies ordering at the counter. Now here’s the kicker, it took over 15min or so to get my burger & when I did? It had no sauce..which, made the whole situation that more amusing to me (seeing that it took that long to grill a patty and put it in a plain bun😅). The taste overall wasn’t bad, but verrrry similar to a Carl’s Jr Charbroiled Burger if I’m being honest. So, for the overall wait time and attitude I received from the lady when I asked if they could please add some thousand island dressing on the burger or in a small container on the side for me since it hadn’t came with it like I asked? I don’t think I’ll be back anytime (IF EVER AGAIN) soon..I think I’ll take the ‘fast lane’ at Carls for something better tasting and double the patty😅 (no shade to the establishment itself, but..that was just my experience..) Hope your experience is better if you do choose to give it a try!☺️🙏🏼

Had an unpleasant visit ordered some chili cheese fries and realized the meat was raw. I mentioned it to the staff and was told that’s the way it comes “prepared” when clearly the meat was pink! I will definitely not return to this place.

I don't understand how people can eat there, that place is very dirty from everything to everything, glass walls. And the service is terrible. The bathroom is so dirty that the smell comes out, it didn't even have toilet paper, nor for the toilet. I don't know if people don't know about hygiene or what's going on?

The staff was alright until they messed up our order and got mad at us. We disnt even customize anything, they just messed up a base item. The food was extremely uninspired. I got the patty melt and my boyfriend got the burger. The meat was unseasoned and bland and the cheese was cheap. The fries and onion rings where not good. Nothing we had was good except the soda. I'm extremely disappointed. The only thing this place has going for it is that it's clean and busy and has a nice atmosphere. I would say you get what you pay for because it was cheap, but there's plenty of food trucks in the area that are just as cheap and have actually good food.

When I entered tha place it was packed with people since I went to eat breakfast, it was a bit difficult to find a spot but then as I waited for my food, there was a old drug addict lady ranting and talking to herself, I tried my best to ignore the creature and as soon as my food arrived that thing continues to rant even more and I couldn't even finish my breakfast because that vile animal started shouting "I'm crazy I'm crazy" and coughing, I am very disgusted by that animal and how poorly the restaurant staff handle it as I informed the manager that I wasn't able to enjoy my breakfast, for those who want to enjoy there breakfasts in peace, please go somewhere else, this place is a utterly disappointment
