Their burgers are always great, my husband made the right choice and got the bacon boy, I on the other hand made the decision to try the sourdough chicken avocado. The sourdough bread has a lot of flavor but was WAY too greasy. The chicken has no taste and seemed boiled. The fries were also good. I will stick to ordering burgers from now on..

I placed an order at 6:11 pm for pick up at 6:25 pm. The order still wasn't ready by 6:45 pm despite being only one item (a salad). Food quality is usually good and service is okay too, except for when you place a pick up order (this is not the first time I've had this experience).

Very horrible service they had me waiting for 30 minutes. They got my order wrong. They made it like three times and couldn’t make it right. Had to ask for my money back cause I only get 40 minute break for lunch So no lunch for today thank you very Very bad experience.

I ordered a club chicken sandwich but it was to small for the price ($12.23) just the sandwich and no only that the chicken breast was cool inside, like frozen.
I’ve been to many different farmer boys, and I love their breakfast and their burgers. I usually frequent the one down in Laguna Hills. I was in Santa Ana this morning and as I walked up to the door, I smelled the odor of the urine very strongly and notice an abandoned pair of shoes out on the patio, but I went in and was going to order a breakfast burrito. The guy behind the counter greeted me, but then kept working on a project and nobody bothered to tell me they were gonna be with me or anything so I waited a minute or two and just walked out through the stinky smell of urine again. I felt like this place was just dirty. I know there’s a homeless issue around that area but it was already 930am . They could’ve hosed down the patio or something. Just kind of ruined my appetite.

They have a very shady point system. You spend money and earn one point for every dollar you spend. So spend 30.00 and you can get a free drink. However, there is a catch to the use of their points. If you use a special offer to buy a burger or a meal, then you cannot use your points for the free drink. I used to go here often, but will reconsider this. I have points for dollars spent with other apps. And They do not care when or how you use your points. If you have them, even when buying a special, you can use them with your free rewards items. Why give point rewards, if you cannot use them after you earn them? A points reward is a points rewards regardless of what else you buy on special or not. It's just bad business. Why have a points program if you cannot get the rewards and use the points without limitations after earning them? It's not a reward if you are restricted from.using them.

On my short lunch break, I grabbed chicken tenders from the drive-thru. The cashier asked if I wanted ranch — I said yes — but when I got back to the office, no ranch. I even declined other condiments thinking the ranch was in there. Now I’m just sitting at my desk, eating dry tenders and questioning my life choices.

NOT @ ALL!! the food was perfect just like there attitudes... great job 2 all the employees that worked on June 11, 2025... ill definitely b coming BACK!!!
