The manager greeted us as we were ordering. I noticed he did that several times as customers were entering and leaving. The order was taken fast and the clerk was very helpful. The food was hot, presented well and delicious. Prices are very reasonable.
Usually love this place but sometimes they screw you over with old food. Came here last night and got Cold fries and a dry, room temperature burger. What a massive waste of $17. Your employees need better training. Your food isn't cheap. Sick of paying a premium price for garbage quality control.

Horrible food, horrible service by manager. I order 3 chicken salads. They forgot to put the chicken, I called and they told me that i ordered 3 chicken salads without chicken is that even make sense . So i went back spending my own gasoline for their mistake. When I got back home with the salads they supposed to make again, the lettuce was dirty with sand or dirt residue. Small particles you can fill them when eating. This the worst restaurant service and worst quality food I ever had.

Pulled up to the drive thru, as the only customer. Had to wait 5 minutes just to order. Then following the order, I had to wait an extra 35 minutes, when at that point other people were behind me. Then when the food came out, he basically threw it at me, not so much a thank you or apology of any kind. Rough night for the worker, sure, but no excuse to be rude. That was specific to prior Friday night, so if you want the good service it's known for, just go during the day.
Customer Services is always excellent. The Manager name Sergio works so hard serving, taking orders , cook, cashiering and most of all over all he's very professional. That's why i always buy the gift card no matter how much, i do love Farmerboys. In addition, two employees caught my attention Lucinda, she works so hard , she mop the floor, clean the table, she's cashier. and a server Lucinda is all around doing other duties, respectful and courteous to all customers. For me she's an asset to your company. Juan also a good employee acknowledge every customers come in. The place is always clean and in compliance... Again, almost every day i come because of food, cleanliness and best services... Thank you... and please ! gift card must be available at all times...
