Pulling up to this place looks like another Asian spot in Westminster. When you come in the decor is a step up. Service on on point. Very attentive, however they were empty. I'm unsure how they would be if it was prime time. I had a good experience. The price point is higher than other places. If the service stays consistent during busy times, it may be worth it paying more for service. Food was good, presented nicely as well. I really expected it to be a typical spot since...
They have Vietnamese and french cuisine here. The crispy skinned fish is also a famous dish here. Gosh damn. I ordered a small sized one and 3 of us could barely finish it. They also have plenty of parking and the location is easy to access too.
What a gem of a restaurant, featuring fusion of French Vietnamese flavors, delicately balanced, crispy baked catfish was the star, rare beef salad was very good and seafood hot pot. Worth experiencing, worth the drive to Santa Ana, met the lady owner who was very gracious!
