Matcha so good and the foam is so creamy to the point I’m getting my own frother at home. I ordered Sakura matcha. It’s the perfect amount of sweetness and with a floral hint. Matcha is definitely ceremonial grade it’s a dark green shade, smooth, and not bitter. Personally I do like a stronger matcha flavor, so to me this is light to medium level of intensity. There is a parking lot but the lots are small and it is pretty packed so FYI.

I’m amazed by how Findi Coffee has the most fabulous atmosphere, drink menu, service, and experiences! Andy served our ube fin and banana cream matcha where we enjoyed them around the Christmas decorations of poinsettias, the decked out tree, and elegant lights. We ended up talking about kombucha, Laguna Beach, and how students that come here get five extra shots of coffee. They really go out of their way to make your time here utilitarian for your needs, whether studying or for enjoying your drinks.
