Decent sandwich shop, I would say it's above subway but below Jersey Mikes. I got the hook and ladder sub which is pretty much ham, lettuce, tomatoes, and onions. Bread and sauce is good. My only criticisms is that they are a little stingy on the toppings, also forgot my pickle, and their chili had very little flavor.I would come back to try other sandwiches, but pass on the chili.

This particular location always messes up the online orders. Today, I placed an online order for a large Fire Hero sandwich, and when I got home, they gave me a completely wrong sandwich. This is also not the first time they have messed up my order. I like Firehouse Subs, but I will avoid this location at all costs.

Bit priceyParking: Not nearly enough parking for the size of the center limited handicap parking and drove in circles a few times before I finally got a spot.

I didn't know what to order,all I know is that the smell of this place was absolutely driving myself crazy with an appetite,so I asked for the meatball half sub toasted,wow!!!! Drew was very friendly and greeted every customer that walked in. Drew was awesome in his awareness of handling money and food. He changed gloves frequently and that was so appreciated. My order was made fast and I didn't have to wait long. The restaurant was clean and my food was great as always.

Love their sandwiches and the people who work here are very nice but they are really really slow. I placed an order online at 12 noon and online it said my order would be ready at 12:45. Granted I did get a call from them letting me know that they were swamped and out of tuna, and my order wouldn't be ready until 1:30. They said they had a lot of big orders but when I arrived the place was relatively empty and even though there were 4 people behind the counter only one person was making sandwiches. He also didn't look like he was in any hurry. This is the 2nd time I've done a big order with them and they have had supply issues as well. They ran out of tuna. So if you like the sandwiches here, that greats but don't expect to get your food anytime soon.
