The Flame Broiler app is the worst. Every time I order food at the counter, I have to give my phone number to earn points. It’s extremely risky to share my personal information when I don’t even know who’s standing behind me. On top of that, depending on who’s taking the order, they often don’t enter my phone number correctly, so I frequently miss out on earning the reward points. In the age of AI, I still have to give out my phone number just to collect reward points? LOL, seriously?

This is more on the principle of getting orders out on time. It’s ridiculous when 6 parties behind me get their orders before I do. I order one to-go bowl of tofu and you guys are bringing out plates after plates for people who ordered after I did. Other flame broilers I frequent do not pull off these kind of moves. At the end of the day you’re wasting my time!
