We ordered the spicy tuna roll and my partner and I both got incredibly sick coming home. We tried different rolls however this roll tasted off the minute we bit into it. The hosts kept giving us side glances while we were sitting and chatting, Enrique I believe have an attitude and would occasionally see some annoyance across his face which did not make the experience any better. Overall disappointed.

I love their garlic salmon, Garlic tiger, and crispy Spicy Salmon. Probably eat here every week because of the food. The team there is great. Seems like they switch management or something. Lauro, Leyna, Tiffany, and Cassie are really awesome. With the pandemic and shortage in staffing, seems like a well oiled machine, though. You do have to wait just a little bit but well. worth it. The rolls do not have too much rice which is a plus. Some places just load up the rice and that's all you can taste.

Got sick after eating here today. Other than that the atmosphere was decent and the servers seemed to be trying real hard to make everything work. There was not much of a sushi selection here. Won't be coming back.

This place used to be my favorite sushi spot. After everything got closed down due to COVID, they increased the prices, took quite a lot off their menu and decreased the quality of food. I used to work in fine dining and made sushi everyday and honestly all Genki has to offer now is dressed up California rolls. Most of the rolls are just California rolls with some sort of fish/meat on top and it's kind of disappointing. What's more disappointing is the fact that I've gotten extremely sick the last two time I've eaten here. It makes me sad to say this but I don't think I'll be dining here in the future.

I'm not sure if places like this are oriented around quality or quantity. The food was edible and decent. If I was interested in sushi, I would probably come here for something quick and cheap.

This place is really good.. it did get reallly pricey on some of there sushi rolls... if I would have know it was really pricey I would have just gone to a All u can eat place

Good quality sushi. Very slow service. Expensive, I ate about $15 of sushi and wasn't full... I probably needed $20-25 worth of sushi for a good meal and I am someone that don't eat a lot.I expected free tea like the one I went in Japan but you need to pay.Would not come again, there are better places out there. But if you wanna try their train delivery system, it's worth coming once!

Ordered food to-go (only 2 rolls) and it took more than 40 minutes and they were already starting to close. I asked for a refund because the wait was too long and the food wasn't even made. Waste of time. Don't go. Employee was also wearing mask as a chin guard.

Leyna is an INCREDIBLE server ! She just goes above and beyond ,kamani and cassie look like they hate there life's every so often . As far as food goes INCREDIBLE and the way the plates come to your table is so cute!

So close to five star only because I feel like the place could look a little better. But other than that, everything was excellent. Food was good, cheap, and filling. Service was very responsive and nice.

Worst sushi, wait about 1 hour, they have a lot of empty table, don't let's us in before asking for it, the food tasted like fast food, fish is not fresh, deep fire oil use too many times, tasted disgusting , they even charge on hot green tea. DON'T VISIT THIS STORE!

Absolutely terribly managed. I've worked in the restaurant industry for close to a decade and I was shocked at how poorly managed this restaurant is. I arrived at 2:53 pm and was quoted 20 minutes by the larger guy who was hosting. My number would not be called until 4:10 pm. An hour 17 later, he underquoted me by an hour. Tables were empty and dirty and he refused to clean as did the rest of the staff until a busser showed up at 3:30 and started working. She was the only one I saw working and the gentlemen I spoke about would interfere and try and talk to her while she was the only one getting things done. The worst part in this whole experience was that I saw that guy stand around and not clean tables or talk to customers and apologize about waisting our time. I saw that specific gentlemen process all of maybe 8 payments throughout that hour and 17 minutes. I cringed at the lack of urgency. There was about 5 people on staff and I know for a fact I could run that entire restaurant more efficiently by myself than those 5 put together. There was no sense of urgency or of valuing your customers time. I will never return to this place, it's supposed to be a quick bite but thanks to no oversight and lack of true management this establishment doesn't even deserve one star. The food is mediocre, but that's fine. I was looking for quick and cheap and on this occasion it definitely was not quick. I'd be appalled if I owned this restaurant. You're loosing money by having such an inexperienced staff.
