The food was great, very fresh! They serve Halal and the meat taste so much better than a burger from McDonald's or Jack N' the Box. They serve wings, burgers, and fries just to name a few things. Very good food and the service was good.

Food... looked great! But it wasn't. Cheese was strange. Dressing on burger was like, watery. Fountain drinks were terrible. Tasted like low quality tap water. Ketchup made me not finish the fries. Bbq sauce was cheap, lower quality.
Atmosphere could use a bit of improvement.
I was a bit disappointed. In-N-Out to the rescue.

The food here is decent, for the price - not exceptional but no complaints. But the workers here don't seem to care about customers. I know burger flipping is a thankless job and tiring job, especially late at night, but everytime we go to order at counter or pickup online order, they are either busy on their phone or talking to someone - right at the counter - and pay no attention to customer unless you say something to get their attention. Also, I wouldn't recommend making online orders to this restaurant. Just call them and make your order... Last night we made an online order which got accepted by them (i.e got a confirmation email with ETA provided). But when we go to pick it up around the ETA time, the guy there tells that they don't even make one of the items (Chicken Fajita Sandwich). Its not in their in-store menu but is listed clearly on the online ordering sites. Ok, perhaps online is wrong which can happen. But atleast call customer to let them know that something is not available. When I asked the guy why they didn't call, he literally shrugged in my face and gave no response.. Long story short, with all my disappointment and frustration, I ordered and got a difference sandwich. But this experience has left a bad taste in my mouth for this business. Atleast, teach your workers how to deal with customers in a decent manner, if nothing else.

My favorite burgers are Lebanese Coleslaw (highly recommend this one!) and a Mushroom burger. They cook fast and it's always easy to park in this plaza.
employee is not professional. My order was wrong, the wrong order was delivered. He called me back because it wasn't my order. I said it would take another 20 minutes to place my order. I was waiting and he simply told me to call my client and cancel. And he started talking on the phone again

this is a NIGHTMARE of a restaraunt. they have items on the menu that can be ordered online for delivery yet they are too lazy and incompetent to prepare them and server them. they legitimately told my courier that they won’t make the item i ordered. never EVER go here. they will scam your money out of you and don’t care about you or your hard earned money that you spent here.

I was really disappointed with my visit. My burger tasted old and greasy, and the oil they were using looked black, like it hadn’t been changed in a while. What really put me off was watching the cook clean the tables with his gloves on and then go straight back to cooking without changing them. That’s just not sanitary. Definitely not what I expected from a place that calls itself “gourmet.” I won’t be coming back.

Drove way outta my way based on the description and what appeared to be good reviews until it looked deeper, order a basic burger and got a basic burger, like 20 minutes later, one poor kid running the whole place. Guessing it’s been like this a while considering it’s a ghost town in here. I wouldn’t go out of your way to come here it’s definitely not a hidden gem 😮💨
I recently visited this restaurant and it was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. The level of hygiene was extremely poor. I found an insect in the food that was served to me, and my friend discovered a hair inside her burger.
This is completely unacceptable and shows a serious lack of cleanliness and quality control in the restaurant. On top of that, the service was below standard, and our complaint was not taken seriously.
Based on this experience, I strongly advise against visiting this restaurant or eating there for the sake of health and safety.

As a food delivery driver I am warning you all do not buy large orders from this place even if you have the money, don't waste it, I have been going here 4 times and only have picked up two meals that are already done, the other times when I show up they didn't even started to cook the the meals yet, I waited 45 minutes for the order to be finished until the customer canceled the order, the last time I was there they only had one person working in the restaurant and he didn't started cooking the customer's meal until 45 minutes after I showed up later, and the customer canceled everything, overall this place is too understaffed, lack of manpower, lack of leadership, and poor customer service, pray that this restaurant gets better, and to all my food delivery drivers who work for the mobile service apps, if you get a notification from this place avoid it at all cost, sometimes the money just isn't worth it.
