A near perfect burger, y'all. When I found a picture of this thing online, you know my pregnant a** all but threw my husband into the car and made the 40 minute drive up to Santa Ana to give it a try. It's even better than the photos. We both got the standard burger and shared the black garlic fries. The burger is high quality and not over-seasoned, and the pickles are delicious. My only gripe was that the bun was a little dense. It was a great bun and you can tell it's also good quality, it just kinda took away from the burger a bit. The garlic fries were unlike anything I've ever had. I expected more of a garlic flavor but they were just right- not too intense. We will definitely be back for more!

Menu looks amazing, food looks delicious. Unfortunately I waited 25 minutes, until I got a refund and walked away hungry!

Horrible experience. The first time they were out of what I ordered but didn't tell me until 30 minutes later when they said my food was ready. I told them it didn't look like what my ordered and they told me they were out of what i ordered so they "improvised"! Who does that? The cashier was so rude about it too! I decided to give them one more try a month later. Food made me so sick! Will not be going here again. Update: in response to the owner's comment, I did NOT order fried chicken. He doesn't even know what I ordered but wants to tell me what I did or did not get sick from. Do not go here. Bad customer service, food and obviously, management.

Amazing umami burger, very tasty. Nice food court inside a plaza with parking building next door and lots of seats

I had the Graze with black garlic fries and daughter had the Umami. One bite and we both were in burger heaven. Really excellent quality meat. Fries were exceptionally prepared...without being overly salty. Very pleased and will spread the word that there's a new burger in town.

One of many great spots in Downtown Santa Ana's 4th street market, Graze brings classic burgers and fries to the mix and they do not disappoint. From an unassuming counter near the back I got an order of the classic burger and garlic fries, and both came out within 5 minutes blazing hot and delicious. I opted for cheddar instead of american, which I feel gives it a nice umph in flavor. Everything about the burger from bun to patty was just right and juicy. However I would say the balance of everything works best with two patties for these size buns, but even with just one patty it was great. The fries weren't falling behind the burger either. Everything was fresh quality ingredients, but it seems they often close early due to running out of ingredients (this day they were out of chicken and closed at 4pm).

The most mediocre chicken burger I've had. Poor appearance, greasy, and they got my order wrong. They were out of the original burger i wanted, then out of jalapenos for the burger i did get. When they called me up, there was a beef patty instead of the chicken that i ordered. & the whole tray looked sloppy. Do not recommend & won't be back.

Had a tasty mushroom burger. The burger looked a bit small, as it was dwarfed by the tray that it was on, but was delicious. Good meat and mushroom flavor!

AMAZING burgers! I got their signature normal burger (the cheapest one I think?) with a combo. The combo included a drink and fries. - the caramelized onions were delicious! - the bread was brioche I believe, pure bliss - the entire burger was so juicy, I couldn't stop eating - ranch sauce that came with the fries was SO good. Pretty sure it's a house made sauce because I've never had a dressing as good as that - too many pickles (for me) but if you like pickles then you'll love it!

This is probably the best burger I've ever had...of not very close. If you've never had black garlic on a burger you're missing out on the greatest thing in life!

My friend had the Smokey, I had the umami burger and the fries with the pepper on them. Definitely one of the better burger spots in the county. Best thing is that it is in a food mall so it's a good spot for food since even if some members of your party may not want burgers other options are close. The meals are good cost and definitely deliver in filling you up and giving you a good taste. My 2nd visit and I'll keep coming back!

I'm a burger person. It's really hard to choose a favorite especially in OC where there's a plethora of amazing restaurants but this is my go-to when I know I'm going to have the best burger-gasm. The brioche bun, house (thousand island) dressing, arugula and meat quality are a killer combination. I usually just get the Graze burger with regular fries and a side of ranch and I'm never disappointed. Fries say a lot about a burger place and these are FRESH and the perfect size and texture. Their ranch dressing tastes fresh and homemade as well, making the experience that much better. Seriously though, the meat can make or break a burger and this meat has an excellent flavor and texture- there's a perfect amount too (I had a hunk fall off actually there was so much!) Currently striving to recreate this burger in my own kitchen but to no avail...

Pretty good burger place located in 4th street market. We came in around 7pm on a Friday night & there was barely a line compared to the other restaurants in the market. I had originally planned to order the Umami burger, but they had ran out of the black garlic they usually put on it that day. So, with the recommendation of the cashier, I opted for the bacon jam burger instead. With the combo including fries & a drink the total came out to around $14.00. At first I thought it was a little pricey, but the quality of the food eased my mind a bit. The burger - so juicy, so flavorful, so thick; pretty decently sized as well that it would probably fill you up by itself. The fries - crispy, salted just right, & be sure to ask for their house sauce to dip with as well. The drinks - the combo only really includes the canned drinks shown at the front of the register, but the vanilla cherry soda is pretty good. I know restaurants regularly rotate out from 4th street market. But the quality of food at this restaurant leaves me hoping that this location will stay around for a while (at least until after I come back to try the umami burger!)

Wow. Just wow. Best burger ever. I would normally give 4 stars because I think the price is too much but what does one pay for the best burger ever?! Exactly.
