I was drawn by the live performances from just regular people. Im a big fan of people expressing themselves and more than music they also had poetry

Hate to give bad review to such a cozy cute place but their inconsistent hours have made us turn around just too many times now. It’s Saturday evening and we decide to give it a try but knowing prior experience we check google, yelp, instagram hours and even call (not picked up) to ensure it’s open but here we come to find shut doors.

They have several vegan options and the Chai Latte was one of the best I’ve ever had. The salad was plentiful and fresh, and I appreciated that the dressing was on the side. Parking nearby appears to all require payment!
A hidden, delightful cafe experience in the OC area. The atmosphere and decor combined to create a relaxing dine in. The food was stunning and made for a delicious meal that we didn't want to cut into! The flavors had depth and provided a welcome, comforting taste. I had the chicken pesto sandwich with the fried potatoes. The combination of the marinated chicken with the pesto created a well balanced bite. We all ended up getting coffee or tea during our stay. I enjoyed a hot Mayan mocha.
Overall a thoroughly pleasant afternoon at the Den Cafe.

The food and atmosphere were amazing! A beautiful spot to stop in and have a nice brunch and coffee! The breakfast Sandwich on croissant and breakfast burrito were great! Service was a little slow.

Do not come hungry or expecting much from the service or food. There are similarly priced much tastier places to eat.
I only come for the atmosphere. With the right company, it’s wonderful. Everything else is almost laughably horrible here now.

Food was ok. They forgot one of my party's food and we're almost finished when they brought her food.
Place is good. We'll try it again for lunch.
Beautiful place, and absolute best burritto I ever had! From the incredible artwork, to the phenomenal service. This place has instantly become TOP favorite restaurant experience for me and my Family💪🗡🛡

They have quite a few vegan options. The vegan options are clearly marked in the menu. They can also customize a few others to make it vegan. They also have vegan coffee.
One Star – Never Again
I rarely leave bad reviews, but this place was a complete disappointment. The moment we walked in, the smell of old grease hit us. The floors were sticky, the tables hadn’t been wiped properly, and the bathroom was in such bad shape I didn’t even want to use it.
As for the food—completely bland. I ordered something that should’ve had flavor (spicy chicken), but it tasted like boiled rubber with zero seasoning. Even the fries were limp and soggy.
Service was slow and disinterested. Honestly, I regret not walking out when we saw the condition of the place. Definitely not coming back.
We came for a work lunch. Food was really good, but it did take awhile to come out. I did like how they brought the food out as it was coming out of the kitchen and not waiting until everyone’s food was done. Everybody loved their food! I would come here again.
Lovely spot in Santa Ana Old Town. The food was delicious and the coffee taste is really well. You can get a bar service too. I love the old decoration.
