Healthy and Fresh Meal Prep

I am very satisfied with the quality and options of food from this place. I enjoy having a different menu every week and they still bring back some of my favorites from passed weeks. My favorite have been the pulled chicken Enchiladas and I absolutely love the protein chocolate chip cookies. They make eating healthy very convenient and not boring and I'm grateful for that.

This is such a great local option for meal preps that are actually delicious!!

I've been struggling with countless other meal prep vendors or meal prepping at home, you name it l've tried it. Thankfully, I came across Healthy and Fresh Meal Prep and my life has changed for the better. The service is great and super convenient for me, the owner is respectful and receptive to feedback, and the food is out of this world!! Seriously love the dynamic menu on a weekly basis!I seriously cannot recommend this enough, at least give them a shot because you will not be disappointed!From a health perspective, l've been tracking the macros provided on the meals and not only am I keeping weight off, I'm feeling better. There was mold on the cheese that was included in the meal, i contacted the company & they said they would refund me for the moldy cheese (they never did). I decided to give them another try because sometimes things can happen, but i found more mold on the broccoli. I noticed the broccoli stems would be black at times but i wouldnt eat them so when i saw mold all over AGAIN i was done. If these quality control issues are being overlooked I cant imagine what else might be happening. Never ordering from here again

Hands down, THE best meal prep I've tried! The menu changes weekly and every meal is absolutely delicious! I especially love the enchiladas, steak, curry and all the breakfast options (like the peanut butter protein pancakes!)... but seriously, EVERY meal has been unbelievably good! I don't even feel like I'm dieting - yet have managed to lose weight, gain energy and feel full all throughout the day! Unlike other meal delivery services I've tried, ordering is super easy and straightforward. On top of that, the customer service is outstanding and they constantly offer promo codes for their loyal customers! Healthy and Fresh Meal Prep is truly a godsend!!!

The healthy meals are delicious!!I’m a very very picky eater and have tried other meal preps and they don’t compare to Healthy and Fresh Meal Prep.I tried Chef Alex’s meals and was sold on the first bite.Healthy and Fresh Meal Prep is worth the price because it saves you the time and trouble of meal prepping and the ingredients are top quality.The portions are a good size and they do fill you up.Highly recommend this meal prep service!!!
