Absolutely! Here's the updated version with Stopped by Hopper & Burr and tried the Cavendish — a chilled banana milk espresso made from scratch. So smooth, naturally sweet, and perfectly balanced. The almond milk ricotta toast with seasonal jam and fresh fruit was creamy, flavorful, and surprisingly filling. Staff was super nice, and the latte art was fire. Definitely coming back!

Extremely good coffee. Litmus shows a great range of the beans they carry. The roasters at the time were very good. Despite what an earlier review said, they do have open WiFi for working.

Continuing my Flat White Tour of LA / OC - Hopper and Burr is a great discovery. Love the chocolate nutty flavor notes of the roast - just my style. Pastry is delivers on the artisanal vibes. Love the decor - sparse minimal but set with. The Latin Quarters of Santa Ana. They just did everything right. Beautiful Sunday Coffee vibes.

Nice cafe with good coffee and WiFi, although not too many outlets. Also a bike rack right outside!

This shop is absolutely phenomenal. I travel a lot, and one of the key components to each trip is locating fantastic coffee shops to try. I think Hopper & Burr might be my favorite coffee shop in California. I ordered an iced almond milk latte and an espresso tonic, both with ingredients made in shop. I regret not grabbing an espresso shot while I was at it, because the other drinks blew me away. The espresso was so rich and flavorful in both of my drinks. The baristas know their craft, and talking a little shop I learned that they rotate through menus and different beans, and it just feels like a very creative shop in terms of what I look for in espresso specifically. This location is an absolute gem.

Not sure why they think they can charge more than $4.50 for a cappuccino.
Location does not have free parking
So they upd their cappuccinos to $5.25- most places are $5 and under
Also I'm paying $2 to try and find parking if i want to sit for coffee and not just run in and run out
Coffee was great and hot but the price doesn't bring me back in on the regular.

Great spot. Very clean and good atmosphere. Does not have WIFI open to customers. You will have to use your own hotspot. Coffee is decently priced. Parking can be a bit of challenge. If you are willing to pay for the meter parking, garage, or lot. It’s not a bad spot to get some work done.

One of the best coffee shops in the area. I tried their flight (espresso, filter, and cappuccino in that order) and they were all tasty - and all for $10. Yes, it is loads of caffeine but I'm a father so my blood is 80% coffee anyways.

The barista was great and we had a nice chat. They offered to take my order to my table since I was taking my son around in his stroller, which was much appreciated. They also offered water to go since we wanted to walk around on a hot day (I asked them if they knew anywhere closeby that a toddler could enjoy). Very considerate.

The space is industrial chique and is clearly a nice community hang out - many there were clearly patrons. The vibe therefore was great- I can see myself coming here to work for sure.

Overall, wonderful coffee and experience.

Parking: There is plenty of parking in the street as well as a public parking area right behind.

Kid-friendliness: High chairs available and both the baristas and the patrons were super nice with my toddler.

Wheelchair accessibility: Fully accessible - first floor, straight entry, and plenty of space for wheelchair to navigate.

Given this, I don't think the doors were automatic. They aren't heavy but may prove to be some obstacle.

Best coffee, honestly. I live in Inland Empire and have amazing coffee all around. I've traveled up and down the coast and I have not found an equal
