Several months ago, we came here and ordered our preferred "Lẩu Mắm" as usual. But shortly after, I experienced a bad allergy attack that cut my breath short, which usually occurred when the amount of MSG added is much higher than what I can tolerate.
This never happened before, so my guess was that their recipe might have changed. I also recalled that the employed staff was not the same, which made me guess that they might have changed management or ownership some time ago. Bummer as their "Lẩu Mắm" used to be the best in town that made us come back every time, but it's no longer the case...
Please reduce the amount of MSG in your dishes, and we will be your fans again...

I go eat here with my mother 8/30/24 . My mother told me she eat here for years. We order only 2 ( but they charged 3). Bewared of this Restaurant.

First time to try out the Vietnamese's traditional dinner at Huong restaurant. We order canh chua bap chuoi, ca kho to, mam ruoc kho thịt, rau muống xào chao. All dishes tasted delicious.
Food is at reasonable price.
5 stars for the servers there, nice and polite.
Environment is clean and spacious.
We will recommend more people come?

“Lẩu mắm” is the best one I ever had in US. The other dishes are very good too. We ordered razor clams with water spinach, “ốc len xào dừa”, “sụn gà chiên mắm”…every thing is fresh and tasty. Definitely I will come back the next time I traveled to OC. The service is great, the servers are attentive and the owner is nice as well.
