It is my first time every trying Korean Barbecue and let me tell you, our waiters Lucas and Mehmet made it AMAZING! They were super friendly, made sure to show us how to cook things, and always checked up on us! They are a great asset to this place and because of how they treated us and the quality of the food, I am going to definitely come here again and bring all my family! Thank you guys for this spectacular experience

Business was sold to new owners and the new food, new servers, and overall experience has gone drastically down. The meat was dry and did not taste good and the new staff is slow, sluggish, and not knowledgeable in their food items that are on the menu. The waiters don't check to see if the grill needs to be changed out and it's almost like pulling teeth from the waiters to get a refill on the side dishes or sauces.

This is my all-time favorite restaurant. The fact that they have a Halal menu is awesome. The people who work here are always so nice and their service is always top quality. I think my only complaint would be that the Halal menu is a bit pricier than the regular menu. However, the food is just delicious and it’s always just such a fun experience. Also, the lunch special is an awesome deal.

Started out great - foods not bad. Robot coming out with food was neat. Then it reduced to a chuckee cheese vibe as the robot was roaming around the restaurant playing Christmas songs then the last half of our dinner the thing was blasting K-pop. That’s fine but the volume would go up and fade away continuously. Super annoying. If I knew the experience was going to be so annoying I never would have gone- it has potential but only if you go a group of 10 year olds for a birthday or something.

This is the worst of all the Ican locations. Terrible service, extreme delay for every order we put in including meat, drinks, rice.

Absolutely nothing came out on time. Some items were forgotten even though we asked multiple times.

Worst of all they would not change out the grills even though there was enough smoke to fill a stadium.

The cherry on top was when they tried to charge us for a 9th person that didn’t exist. This is separate from the 20% service charge they added for the non existent service….except for 1 staff member who was super overworked.

Nearly $500 bill for 6 adults and 2 kids.

Extremely disappointing. I love ICAN but do yourselves a favor and go to the Tustin or Irvine location.

Food was okay, on par with AYCE. As I sit down I placed 2 orders back to back, 1st order came out right away, 2nd order came out 30 mins later and only after I had to ask for it. Only one employee spoke English. I had to set my own table, soup came out with spoon sticking up, which either means the owner isn't Korean or they want me dead. It's was just the worst exp I had from eating in OC and the place was dead. It was only like 4 tables.

Terrible customer service. We haven’t ever been to a Korean bbq before and when I told the waitress we had questions she shrugged and me and left. You order online with literally no instructions and a robot brings most of your food, it brought the wrong food to our table and the one next to us ( we were a large group). Not once did a real live person come check on us except to change our grill out and when we asked for our bill he said we had to eat more of the meat we had ordered. If we had been properly educated on how to order we wouldn’t have ended up with so much…
Thankfully we were with several South Korean people who were familiar with the process so they helped us cook our food. Then they took an 18% tip because of our group size when literally the wait staff did nothing.
