We went for a lunch birthday for a lady that turned 82 with a party of 15. Our server was Hugo he was absolutely phenomenal. He was so patient and very professional. The Manager Miriam also made her birthday special. Miriam made dinning like we were in her own home. The hospitality was spot on. They all sang her happy birthday. Thank you all for making her feel special on her special day. Would recommend this restaurant to everyone.

This IHOP is the best, it's clean the restrooms are clean. The staff is amazing and always ready to serve you. The coffee is hot and delicious. The cook's prepare the food as pictured in the menu and tastes fresh and good. Miriam Torres really go's out of her way to give you the best experience. 5 stars

If you’re not Mexican, don’t come here! We are from out of town and we were the only white family that was here.. We waited 5 times longer than everyone else to be seated, to have our order taken, to get our drinks and to get our food! Parties twice our size that were seated 30 minutes AFTER us had their food and drinks long before us! The food quality was absolutely horrible and our waiter Brian was rude as can be! Staff was all giving us dirty looks the whole time we were here. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!
