I had visited this location years ago when I moved to Tustin and had a horrible experience so we stayed away from it. We decided to give it another try and this time around it wasn’t as bad however our waiter was not attentive at all. He acknowledged us upon arrival and said he would be back. We sat there for about 10minutes and luckily the bus boy was kind enough to get us our drinks. It took an additional 10minutes for our order to be taken. Food took close to an hour to come out. We sat there an observed 4 different customers get up to ask for someone to take their order or to bring them their check. We received great customer service from the bus boy in caparison to our waiter.

We haven't have IHOP for a while but this location was kinda disappointing. We waited for 10 minutes after sitting down but no one showed up, I had to go try to grab someone in the end to order. The food took a while too, the pancakes are good but everything else was really just alright. The fruit in the fruit cup was old too. The price was expensive just for some breakfast and sandwich.

We stopped by IHOP for breakfast-for-dinner and left more impressed than we could’ve imagined. Everything was spot on — the bacon was perfectly crispy, the hashbrowns had that golden crunch, and the pancakes were soft and fluffy, just the way we were hoping. But the highlight of the meal? The homemade salsa Erik made. It added the perfect kick and tied everything together in the best way. Erik went above and beyond, and because of him, we’ll definitely be coming back!
