It wasn't the best IHOP we've been to. Unfortunately the pancakes were dry. We were seated quickly but slow to get food and to be able to pay. It says pay at your table but we sat waiting to pay for ages until we asked and were told that we can pay at the front. Other people did the same which we should have done sooner.

Had an absolutely amazing experience at IHOP today! The service was beyond exceptional. Our waitress was so attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed with a smile. It’s rare these days to find people who genuinely care about their customers, but she went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and appreciated.
The manager also took the time to check in on us, making sure everything was perfect. It’s clear they care about creating a wonderful experience for their guests. In a world where great service can be hard to find, IHOP absolutely nailed it. We felt valued and taken care of from start to finish. Can’t wait to come back! ?

I just wanted the all you can eat pancakes for five dollars and that’s all I ordered. I ate almost 3, and it was more than enough for me.

In general, I think it's fine. I just don't like these types of restaurants, because of how long it takes to get your table. They lack something to be 100% completely efficient in terms of distributing the tables to the same waiter. More staff might improve that. More Shifts so they can cover all the areas that are then empty or not used. Increase and modify the menu, Keeping the basics and Favorites. And keep them with images Please!!!
