Were greeted right from the beginning. Always a nice touch. Our group of 3 were seated right away. Waitress was accommodating and handled our order to perfection. Food came out hot & fresh. Waitress checked in on us periodically to make sure we didn’t need anything. There is just one tiny thing going on is that it felt a bit transactional. They were nice & pleasant but it’s my only item I observed.

I have been to IHOP at different locations but this one was worse. Waitresses were rude and I felt I was ignored by the waitresses. As soon as I mentioned my preferences about food (like I don't eat meat and I want the meat to be taken out of my food) he showed an unpleasant attitude as if never seen anyone before from different cultures or religions. I felt that I was racially profiled. When I wanted to pay my check I went to front desk and showed her my check but the lady at the front desk asked me what I ordered and for the second time I showed her my check she took the check and left the front desk. She went to another customer’s table and started taking their order while I was still waiting for her to take my check. I think the staff at this location needs serious training.
