We came to eat today, March 21st. The truth is that the fries at the Bristol I-Hop were so overcooked that they were almost burnt. We ordered something, the portion was not what we normally get. This is not the first time we have come to eat. First, someone came to tell us that this was it and that they couldn't do anything, then the waiter came to say the same thing. Then the chef came to say the same thing. We weren't asking for anything free, we just wanted to get what we were paying for, but anyway, another bad experience. I thought Jonas was at the one in Costa Mesa.

I came here recently with friends expecting a welcoming and good experience but no as soon as we walked in one of the workers gave us a dirty look because I guess we came in a decently big group of 7 people so they sent us to the back but that's fine I didn't care that much the part that made me angry was that our waiter greeted us with attitude and asked if we just wanted the free pancakes from national pancake day since this day was on national pancake day or if we were going to order aswell telling us that if we ordered something from the menu he did not want to split the check, he did not even let us decide when he took our menus. He then brought our pancakes and ignored our table I then told him we wanted to order something and he Rudely said "what do you want" I politely asked if he could bring the menus and he said that he did not want to have to split the check that is why he have us the option of just getting the pancakes, he then left and ignored our table completely. I always have bad costumer service when I come to this place but this time it was way to far

Ordered through postmates pancakes were good but the free cinnamon dippers they gave me were horrible , it tasted like dipped salted donuts . No where was cinnamon on the donuts .

$7 "deal" had smaller pancakes, not too surprised there. But, for $7 not too bad of a deal. And orange juice now has free refills. But, I do not forsee returning. You can get a better breakfast elsewhere.

The food is very delicious but the service from the waitresses is terrible, they have a bad attitude, they are not friendly. Today I went and I got one called Abigail, the face of few friends with her annoying face, that job is not for her, it is better for her to stay at home. There was a friendly boy and I think he's not a waiter. He was picking up the dishes. His name is Gera. Better he was a waiter. I hope they change waitresses because with that service they won't have sales.

I have issues every time I go. Something happens. Today I decided to place my order online and eat at home to avoid the issues. I guess not. I got there when I received the condiments I told her I don't need them you can have them back. She made a face, okay. Then I asked if I can some butter that they scoop instead of the pre packaged one. She said that isn't for take out people. I have gotten it all the time to go. I told her please sit me and I want 1 pancake with tons of butter. Doni really need to say that or do it? Don't be lazy. I was gonna tip $4 for butter not anymore.
