They take a long time to give you food and sometimes you don't have a place to sit, in my experience it took almost an hour to give me my food and I was waiting in the cold

Saw something online called “monkey style” and wasn’t sure if it was actually something in n out did so i asked the worker who took my order if it was possible to make the order and was told yes and charged extra for it. Long story short i paid extra for all my 4 orders only to be given plain burgers with nothing new added on. So i paid for nothing.
