This location constantly causes traffic problems because the drive-thru line spills out onto Bristol St and blocks the right-turn lane from MacArthur Blvd. Drivers trying to turn are forced to either wait behind the drive-thru line or make unsafe maneuvers to turn.
There’s a huge shared parking lot literally right there, yet people choose to block public roads instead of getting out of their cars and walking inside. In-N-Out needs to take responsibility and control the line before someone gets hurt. It’s selfish, dangerous, and totally avoidable.

As it is, this is the WORST in n out in the county. The drive thru line is the WORST of all in out lines. It snakes around the right turn lane on a street. And to top it off, had the worst experience there Saturday night. After waiting 20-25 min in the street line (before getting onto the in n out parking) a car cuts in front of me and asks the employee if they can cut in front of us (and everyone behind us for that matter) the employee then comes ask me if a random person can “go in front of me” lol TERRIBLE. Never going to this one ever again!!! Avoid!! Many in n outs around. This one is awful!

It seems like you can arrange things yourself, but I don't really understand. I ordered a set there and it was delicious. The potatoes were not so great.
This place was crazy on a Friday night with the drive thru lane winding around the parking lot and into the street and around the corner. Parked a little ways away and went inside. Service was quick taking just a couple of minutes to order and less than 15 minutes overall to receive my food. Despite the crush of customers, everything seemed well organized and not rushed. Impressive.

Good fast food restaurant with Drive thru option. We had to wait a little but nothing remarkable. The burgers are very good and are probably one of the best burger franchises in the country. Potatoes ok without anything notable. The signature lemonade is very good
