Came in because my next bus was 35 mins out, so I ordered a cheeseburger. The service at INO is always untouchable! And I am always baffled at their ant-like attack in workmanship! BUT I AM NOT A FAN OF THEIR BURGERS! The bun is top-notch, the veggies are always crisp --- but the patty is just barely there and is simply lacking! And did you know, the cook adds salt to every burger --- BUT NO PEPPER! Isn't that sacrilegious! And I have always found them to be salty, now I know why! But hey, there was still a line of cars waiting to order! So they don't need me and that is just my 2 cents! 🤷🏽♂️

This has got to be the best tasting burger 🍔 out of all other competitions. I loved the unlimited amount of pickled Habanero chilli 🌶 and the fries 🍟 😋 always crispy fried in fresh oil. My first choice when it comes to enjoying a burger.
This location constantly causes traffic problems because the drive-thru line spills out onto Bristol St and blocks the right-turn lane from MacArthur Blvd. Drivers trying to turn are forced to either wait behind the drive-thru line or make unsafe maneuvers to turn.
There’s a huge shared parking lot literally right there, yet people choose to block public roads instead of getting out of their cars and walking inside. In-N-Out needs to take responsibility and control the line before someone gets hurt. It’s selfish, dangerous, and totally avoidable.
