I went in for a fish sandwich combo because I couldn't believe the $4 price but when I got there they were arguing that I wasn't seeing right so I took a picture from the drive thru menu to show them and they still didn't honor it. That's horrible customer service.

Drive through. Entrance clearly marked. Easy to access in a bustling area of town. Service was great both ordering kiosk and cashier. Everything was accurate. Coupons were handled properly. Got the 2x$13 sourdough jack. Meat was good, but bread was like a sponge. Chewy and tasteless. Probably been out a while. Eggroll was fresh and chicken strips were good.

I have gone to this location 3 times this month and every single time they mess up my order, I’ve seen staff rude to paying and patient customers and they aren’t even 24 hours, I understand if you need to reset or update your registers but update your hours and let people know because as of right now you are lying to your customers!!!!

The manager Elizabet spoke to us and told us whether she would like the food or not with a loud voice and a person of this type has to know how to treat the customer with kindness, not shouting, it is not the fault of the one who is taking the orders. The drive true does not understand what she is ordering and says come to the window and the manager starts to raise her voice at us and when we get to the window he asked her if they spoke Spanish so that next time it would be better to order in Spanish and not in English is when she started to raise her voice and when my husband told her that he was the manager of a restaurant and that he was not allowed to talk to the customer like that, she started to lower her tone of voice and finally apologized for what my husband told him
