Ran through the drive through for two tacos and a chocolate shake. The speaker was very clear. The associate was prompt and repeated my order correctly. The order was hot and delicious.
I live around the area so I'm going here to get something quick and easy yet I always get my order wrong I have recipes to prove my orders don't need to call corporate to make a point but if you need something to eat this place is open.

Very dirty, there were a lot of homeless people screaming, and the dining area didn’t look like they cleaned. The soda machine was out of almost everything and the sodas that were available were water down.

Food is just what you'd expect, but the amount of homeless coming in and out was something i have never seen on any restaurant, some were very scary.
Always go to Jack, but they missed my sandwich in my order tonight. I realized it and came back and asked for an additional sandwich for the inconvenience. I was all the up to my hotel room nearby when I found out. The woman there was just unprofessional. She said no, so I said "look, I've been in restaurants and fast food for up to 5 years, I'm just looking for something for my inconvenience". She agreed she could give me fries, but upon me coming to the window, she didnt even say anything or apologize. She just shut the window.
Absolutely awful experience and apparently another guest at the same hotel I'm at also missed their fries.
If you're just trying to get free dead food, honestly whoever it is needs to get fired, and whoever is the DM or the franchise owner, you should recheck your dead food inventory.

They will tow your car even if you are dining in. They tried getting my car towed without checking all areas of seating. I was dining in their outside area, they apparently asked everyone inside but did not check outside. This place sucks. Food garbage. Do not recommend
