Hispanic lady in her 30s that wears pounds of make up I’m not sure if she’s new but I used to come here all the time and I stopped coming here because of her specifically she has a terrible attitude after I greeted her politely she forgot to charge me for my sons fry’s and she got mad at me for her mistake ?? She constantly tells customers over the window ONE SECOND every time she then forgot to add my tacos in the bag and I had to drive back to get them I tried to give them a second chance I came thru the window and first thing I hear is one second I knew it was her so I reversed out and left mind you the first time I had an encounter with her I spent about 45$ in food and she still forgot my items i won’t be returning here what a bummer

I live 30 seconds walking distance from this location and it comes clutch when I need food quickly. Never take it for granted 10/10. Food is good and service is always superb. The people working there are always nice and greet you as soon as you come in.

I usually check for meal accuracy but this time we were in a hurry and turns out we were missing 2 items of order, couldn’t even call and ask to make sure or anything because their phone isn’t working.

Always missing something on my order . This morning I ordered a number 4 and French sticks . I didn’t get the French sticks. Tried calling but the phone number provided on Google maps is not available.

I always place my mobile order at this location because it is close to my house and they always make a mistake with my order. I don't like to file a complaint so as not to argue because the employees at this location don't know what customer service is. Today I had to enter My first complaint was that they forgot to put meat on 3 of my burgers but the attitude they gave me wow they almost opened the order to show that if meat was included in the meal I don't think I will return to this place
They open at 8 and its 8:11 and door is still not open. This is not the 1st time this happens.

From a 4 star to -1. The evening staff should not be allowed to work in the customer service area. They are very rude, get the food order wrong and then want to overcharge for the wrong order. And to top bbn it off, I believe the rudest employee there is the supervisor of the store. And it is not the first time I've had this kind of experience with the same person, and I'm not the only one who has the same experience at this location as well. Jack? Who is doing your hiring at that store??? You really need to handle this situation before you lose your customers.

The food was bland and of low quality! Services are not up to par, unfriendly staff. Probably they were too busy and tired to greet customers with a smile. Atmosphere: need major clean up! It is so important that all fast food restaurants take cleanliness and food safety seriously. This location is nothing but filthy. From the front door (trash bin very filthy) to the inside of the restaurant (floors, trash bins and kitchen floors were dirty at the time of our visit, March 2024), the appearance made me feel like throwing up. Please keep your place clean.
