Jack in box in on Bristol civic had a issues with a envious fryer blonde dyed hair always treating me bad and last time I went it was only her a guy on burger and drive thru. Cause I am blonde and American and she's obviously Mexican I was ignored when trying to buy food for me and 2 homeless people. Ended up paying 18 chips etc at liquor store cause they didn't want to help me and ignored me. Im apauled and tired of being disrespected cause I am blonde and American. But they went to far that day refusing me service for nothing I did and of course store doesn't answer listed number neither can you get a hold of a manger. months been dealing with this 👩. Well...one of my favorites at Jack in the Box are the tacos, they are THE BEST! However, I was pretty disappointed in the tacos at this location, they were not hot nor as well filled with ingredients as most locations. Also the drive thru service was so slo-o-ow. I really was surprised as it was later in the evening with only one vehicle in front of us. Oh well, there are lots of other locations. Won't go to this one again.

Numerous complaints about these employees and I’m not surprised…I just had the most inept cashier struggle with the terminal, plus she charged my card and I didn’t receive a single item! My bank account shows “Jack In The Box”…

Hispanic lady in her 30s that wears pounds of make up I’m not sure if she’s new but I used to come here all the time and I stopped coming here because of her specifically she has a terrible attitude after I greeted her politely she forgot to charge me for my sons fry’s and she got mad at me for her mistake ?? She constantly tells customers over the window ONE SECOND every time she then forgot to add my tacos in the bag and I had to drive back to get them I tried to give them a second chance I came thru the window and first thing I hear is one second I knew it was her so I reversed out and left mind you the first time I had an encounter with her I spent about 45$ in food and she still forgot my items i won’t be returning here what a bummer

I live 30 seconds walking distance from this location and it comes clutch when I need food quickly. Never take it for granted 10/10. Food is good and service is always superb. The people working there are always nice and greet you as soon as you come in.

I usually check for meal accuracy but this time we were in a hurry and turns out we were missing 2 items of order, couldn’t even call and ask to make sure or anything because their phone isn’t working.
