Ordered food for pickup on the app, got here about 945, doors were locked with chain from the inside, so I had to get in the drive thru line and wait for my order pick up when I could've gotten it inside way sooner. I explained to the lady that the door was locked before 10pm. She told me it wasn't locked but I w pulled on both handles and it was locked, chains were visible. What was the point of ordering a head of time if we have to wait in the drive thru line anyways?

We had made it in time, and they said that they are closed, which makes no sense because we made it in time 20 minutes before closing. They had enough time to service us but denied our order. This is definitely a bad service when they supposedly close at 2am, which is a lie they close earlier than 2 am.
They close way before 30 minutes before 2 am.
So don't believe the time frame this jack closes before what they actually say on google maps

This is the third time they get my order wrong. I have to ask for my card back because the drive-through attendant is not paying attention and completely forget to hand me my card. Says there is one ranch dipping sauce limit on my order. He’s now getting $20 an hour, gets my order wrong, forgets to give me my card back, and limits my dipping sauce to one. Absolutely horrendous.

Very good person and great service. I love the food and they really have a great worker who provides great service and makes you feel comfortable and trustworthy. She is on the afternoon shift. I don't remember her name very well. If it's Ana or something like that, thank you. for their great attention to their consumers

I've been coming to this Jack in the box since i can remember i live in the area. Lately, the food and the service have been getting worse and worse. Recently visited this location for a pick up order. They not only got order wrong but when they went to correct order it was a hassle and to make matters worse. Jacks spicy chicken sandwich was horrible, undercooked, and disgusting. Sandwich was rushed. Not cooked all the way. Chicken not being cooked all the way is disgusting and can get people really sick. Also, i ordered tacos from here they tasted nasty oily they definitely don't change their oil often. I do not think i will be returning to this location anymore. Customer service sucks how do you mess up an online order and then have the nerve to argue about it. I had a receipt and had to show them 3 times. Did not eat any of the food. I had to throw it away.

At this location they do drinks for you always have unsweetened ice tea with no ice but my guest has half Dr pepper and half Powerade and a little water guy said wow ok that's ok then used jackets points for 2 for 99 tacos good deals jack

I don't really have any "hate" for this jack n the box. Order is taken in a timely manner, most employees behave accordingly except one female employee who I have noticed give attitude while taking orders. The food is good, if it wasn't I wouldn't finish the meal. I just really dislike ONE thing. I have a very picky eater. He doesn't like condiments on his burger..or pickles, we always order our kid's burger as a custom order, plain burger,no cheese,no mayo ,ketch,etc. The cashier does the usual "anything else?" And I assume he/she is inputting the customized order for the fry cook(s) ,when we get home and open the burger, what do you think is in there? 🫠 yup . Pickles,ketchup,mayo,etc. I said NO condiments, I saw the cashier push the buttons , I said NO condiments, why is it that 50/50 there's a communication issue??? Or is it that the fry cook is programmed to create the burger as they are initially trained? Is it like a muscle memory thing??? Idk, maybe talk to the employees to take a good look at the order??? I hate that I get so annoyed but Come on man. Anyway ,nice place, just need a little more attention to detail on the custom orders. Thank you. 🍔 🍟
