Went for some tacos, a bald, brown dude with glasses was rude ash. My bf asked me what sauce I wanted and I said taco sauce and he said it to the employee. I guess the guy couldn’t hear and he yelled “you need to speak up I can’t hear you” in an angry tone even though we had just said it once. The reply should be “I’m sorry sir, I couldn’t hear you, can you repeat that please”. What kind of customer service is that, you don’t even respond that way to anyone. Y’all need to stop employing people who are miserable with their lives and take it out on someone else. When he gave us our food he had snatched the bag and angrily extended his arm out for us to take it.

Horrible experience with whoever chrome dome (baldy) is at the drive through. Was rude as hell. Yelled at us and looked furious because I turned around to ask my girl what kind of sauce she wanted after he asked and I guess I didn’t do it fast enough for him even tho there was no rush at the line. There was only one car behind me. Fire him. October 18, 2025 at around 10 pm.

I’m only making this review because it’s unfair to those that want to save on a deal thats in app only and want to save and be on their way . Online orders , take your business somewhere else

I came here for a quick snack before work around 2:50-3:10 thru the drive thru and was attended by a guy with a scar on his arm to be specific since I didn’t get his name I ordered some tacos and when I came to the window I wanted to add some fry’s and I waited almost 3 minutes before he even greeted me so when he came to the window finally I asked him to add a large curly fry he turned around with out saying anything and slammed the bag on the counter and put some fry’s in the bag which I let slide Then when he came back to the window and I asked for sauce as well and handed him a 50$ bill and he turned around again with out saying anything at all and walking away with my bill and yells at his manager if he has change and rolled his eyes I asked him to give me back my 50 and I told him to cancel the order and he yelled why really hostile and I told him because you have a attitude problem I’m not spending my hard working money at this place u don’t care if it’s 3$ 7$ or 10$ he acted as if I was getting the food for free like hello this is your job your getting payed 20$ an hour to stand around the least you can do is smile and communicate

Came too jack, and they didn't give good service they didn't even have any tacos at all, supposedly are 24 hr, and they don't even have tacos. We went to multiple Jacks, and they said they were closed so why are they even 24hr if they are not going to be open 24hr and have tacos at all.

I hated it, i,ve been through many jack in the boxes but tell me why they don't have the buffalo wings I wanted, I understand if they don't sell it so I asked for the spicy mini tacos, so tell me why they said they don't sell it, so why is it in the menu if you don't sell it why is it in the menu!!? It really missed me off and got me in a mood also they don't add enough oreo In the shake

I placed an oder last night for my son. When he went to pick it up. They said no order was placed. I have the confirmation number. They laughed at my son and then tried to offer him a free burger. This is BS! Y'all never offer free anything! They know they were in the wrong! I want my refund
