I ran in the Jack in the box for my lunch break didn't have time to be lolligagin they made my breakfast croissant quick and fast while using awesome customer service excellent sandwich every time I order i get same thing who ever prepares the breakfeast sandwiches there toasted my croissant with perfectly evenly toasty and it was put together nicely thanks for that

I always go by Jack in the box cuz they're burgers with fresh lettuce are better I think than others. Today the french fries were cold and the hamburger was like smashed with limpy lettuce really not good it could have busted my whole Jack in the box love

So let me start off by saying they mess up my sandwich so I went back to tell them even showed them a picture to prove it and the manager PARTICIA she was very RUDE!!!!!!!!!!

I love jack i really do they have great fast food, HOWEVER this location is honestly not the best. The past 3 times ive gone they charged me for a large and have given me a medium and have refused to give me a refund or the correct drink. If they had let me know in advance they have run out of large cups it wouldnt have been a big deal i would’ve simply changed to a small or medium. They are quick to be defensive when you say something its gotten to the point i no longer want to get my food here and instead go to carls across the street. It isnt hard to issue a refund and charge the correct amount or to simply say im sorry and get the correct cup. Ive worked in food service it shouldnt be this difficult. They are also very combative when i asked i always ask nicely because i know how much food service can drain you mentally.

This location never gets a drive through order correct. Never. Today was a perfect example. Ordered 2 tacos, 2 chicken sandwiches, drink, and asked for 2 ranch. Order screen was not on. Received and was charged for 4 tacos, 2 sandwiches, no drink, and 1 ranch.

When you bring a paper coupon the blonde lady will make it specific for the picture when the coupon says otherwise including the app. So she charged me full price. Just order with the app or they will get it wrong.

I've noticed that Everytime I eat breakfast here in Santa Ana California the supervisor or manager does these faces at me and when I order for here they act like if I'm this homeless man just annoying them when I'm not I'm here to pay and eat like a regular customer I don't like the fact that they pick favorites over Hispanics and Mexican ppl (People) they act petty rude with me they serve me less food regardless if I order medium or large and others get treated with respect I don't understand why. Today Carreto made me feel less worthless check your cameras please and thank you.

I went in after a few years of not eating at Jack In the Box. Took a minute to look at menu. Jack has always had outstanding menu. I ordered an Ultimate Cheeseburger comb. After she rang me up and took money, I happen to notice a placemats sign on the counter in front of other register. I went over and read it. It was promoting a special meal dea. Sandwich, two sides, drink. I noticed the ultimate cheeseburger was on there. I also could have got fries and two tacos. Plus my drink for a dollar more than I already paid. I asked her if I could order that and pay the difference. She told me "No. I already rang you up!" Really? You didn't want to upsale my order? It might have been small inconvenience for you but an inconvenience you would have if when I placed my order you had suggested that other combo meal to me.
Wheelchair accessibility: Aisles to tables were nice and wide. My chair was easy to maneuver. And they brought my food to the table

I almost didn't come but needed a quick bite. Ordered a value drink, value fries, value burger at an insane amount of $8 and then took nearly 10 mins in the drive thru to get my order. Nobody was inside nor behind me. After eventually getting it, of course the order was wrong.
Don't come here. Forget these fast food chains. They have profited over 213% and billions of dollars since covid all while using processed unhealtthy lower quality ingredients and consistently increasing prices. Paying $20/hr to kids who don't even look in the bag and still get your order wrong while your halfway home.
Pick up food from a restaurant, support a local business, cook at home, go a vendor cart. Support anyone other than these money grabbing fast food industry cons.

ordered 12 tacos they were kinda cold, ordered fries but didn't get them... & got charged for 2 little ranch... I understand when ppl get more than 5 ranches but 2 come on...
