People here are rude as hell. The lady in the drive through doesn't even take orders properly then she cuts you off, as you're still trying to freaking order and gives you your total and then they don't even answer their phones there when you're trying to call never met so many rude people in my life. Also Maria J rudest woman ever. Hopefully corporate will contact me soon because that chick is getting a compliment and so is this restaurant.

They literally tell you to wait before the sensor so it doesn’t mess up their statistic, they take for ever, they need more employees. Last time to this location, get ready yo wait for 30 minutes

I’m handycap and went through drive through I was attended by Lupe who was super rude and unprofessional when asked to provide store manager information she stated if you want that information you need to get off and come to the counter yourself and get it. Never at a fast food establishment had id been treated and humiliated this way.

If this is the Irvine location, wow. The burger was great compared to the burgers in Los Angeles.
Burgers in Los Angeles are sloppy made. Irvine burger was picture perfect.

Hit the drive thru this morning for a bacon ultimate cheeseburger combo plain. What I received was a plain burger but with no bacon. This also happened the last time I was here 4 weeks ago. I called then to inform them about the issue but it looks like someone missed the memo. Now today. Of course it happened again on my 30 min lunch hour. I called and let them know that I was returning for a refund. All good right? Well no. To the lady who helped me with my refund. You're lucky I don't plaster your name on here. Mam you have a bad vibe about you how can you look at me with a mad face and treat a customer with no respect. Look me in my eyes when you're making contact with customers. Humble yourself and your team. If your upset at this don't take it out on anyone but yourself. I'm a regular missy and I see you and that attitude is very apparent. Jack! I love your food offerings but I'm not going to waste anymore time coming to this location. Thank you.

They were fast but forgot to get the order right. Messed up the drink and then gave me the right one, which I should have take as a warning to check everything, and when I parked at home to eat they got the order wrong. Do your customers need to do your job for you?
