What the heck you mean no more extra teriyaki sauce?!!! If that ain’t bad enough the teriyaki sauce you do pay for isn’t enough to penetrate the rice brick

Hit the drive thru this morning for a bacon ultimate cheeseburger combo plain. What I received was a plain burger but with no bacon. This also happened the last time I was here 4 weeks ago. I called then to inform them about the issue but it looks like someone missed the memo. Now today. Of course it happened again on my 30 min lunch hour. I called and let them know that I was returning for a refund. All good right? Well no. To the lady who helped me with my refund. You're lucky I don't plaster your name on here. Mam you have a bad vibe about you how can you look at me with a mad face and treat a customer with no respect. Look me in my eyes when you're making contact with customers. Humble yourself and your team. If your upset at this don't take it out on anyone but yourself. I'm a regular missy and I see you and that attitude is very apparent. Jack! I love your food offerings but I'm not going to waste anymore time coming to this location. Thank you.

Please don't go they suck at service and they tried to food poison us with there meal
They were fast but forgot to get the order right. Messed up the drink and then gave me the right one, which I should have take as a warning to check everything, and when I parked at home to eat they got the order wrong. Do your customers need to do your job for you?

The drive-thru person behind the mic made us wait 2-3 mins before we could order. He didn't take my order right and we got the wrong items. Mind you, the items were hard and didn't taste good. The ham was old and disgusting. It was around 8-9pm and no cars were around. Honestly, a horrible experience for it being my first time at this location.

Soda machine was broken, place seemed run-down in general. If the customer areas are that bad, I shudder to think what must be happening in the back where we can't see. Gross.

The staff working this evening just didn't care. I live nearby and come here often. I've rarely had any problems. Tonight, I ordered my usual with no lettuce, but to my dismay, received the items with lettuce. I also had to ask for taco sauce for the tacos I ordered. I didn't receive a receipt, so I have no way to send a specific review to corporate. The staff's only concern seemed to be with doing the bare minimum. The store wasn't even busy. I've worked restaurants and retail most of my life and understand the hustle. This was just disappointing.
