The workers at night r so lazy they will make you wait 5 mi. Before you even order they do t want to work they belong in harbor with the other bumbs this past saturday at 11at night was joke . Dot bother woth this HARBOR AND HAZARD JACK NO GOOD LAZY WORKERS

Order twice on mobile app and both times had to wait in drive thru line 30 mins because they’re are so slow. Go to In n out. Same wait time but tastier food.

Fast pace, many in and out in the dining area and drive thru. But still at good pace, and clean attentive attitudes from the workers running the cash registers.

Tried Jack in the Box recently, and honestly, it was underwhelming. The burger was dry and lacking flavor, definitely not something I’d go out of my way for. It felt like it had been sitting out for a while instead of being freshly made.
On top of that, customer service was pretty bad. The staff didn’t seem very friendly or attentive.

Food was not bad, but was told to back up like 10 ft in the drive thru line when I was at the window. Not really given a reason as to why at first, and neither after upon receiving food. I've worked windows at fast food before & never did I ask someone to do that... minus asking customers to park if it was too busy of a day... Never in my decades of ordering fast food have I had someone at the window ask me to do that... An explanation would have been appropriate... Next time will just go to another store...
