I noticed the sourdough bread different. They didn't bother toasting it. Was cold. They were too busy listening to loud music on a speaker 🔊 having a good time I guess 🤷 it's cool but at least do your job right. I didn't pay for an unpleasant meal.

Very poor customer service speed of service ... I rate 5 on food because I like JIB But when you have a cashier chewing gum and when you ask her for the use of the bathroom and all she does raise her hand pretty much trying to shut me down as she was busy it's no wonder how the rating comes at such low score..
Add to the very bad homeless problem that are let to panhandle inside and outside the unit it is terrible..I know it said restroom for paying customer only but I could not in good conscience buy anything with this type cashier ...I opted to walk out and go to McDonald's this time ... Talk to your staff to be more friendlier

I had a drive-through order went to the bathroom and came back. My food was cold. Especially my fries the one thing my kid wants more than anything They get a attitude replace so far by the time they replaced so far which wide way took forever the rest of the food was cold They have no rights to get attitude at all

I ordered kids meal, 2 tacos and cup of water , the cashier asked me, if I wanted a large water cup and I said yes, had no idea they were going to charge me 1.99 for the water cup, because I guess I order a large water drink so i paid for the cup , very unhappy and not going back, so just be aware when you asked for a water cup, I could understand if it Was inside eating , but I it was drive tru?? She never told me she was going to charge me .

The to go line was quick. The young lady working repeated my order and was correct the 1st time. She confirmed my order within 2 minutes. The food was hot n ready.

Avoid this location after 4pm it has terrible service. Everyone on thier phones manager doesn't seem to even care about customers. I ordered a double vision bundle through the app comes with 2 burgers 2 small drinks and 2 small fries and only recieved the drinks and burgers. When I asked the MIC she shrugged me off and said that if it didn't appear in the screen there's nothing I can do about it. I've been to this location multiple times this is the first time I get treated like this.

I go there every night and they still tell me that they only take Uber eats even though they take drive-through and they’re open 24 hours they don’t want to work and I always end up having an argue with them and finally get what I need. And all other customers that don’t know, they just end up leaving
