Really wish I hadn't put a tip in their tip jar before I got my smoothie. Employee barely blended my smoothie, less than 20 seconds. 2 inch chunks of bananas in it made it hard to consume through a straw.

Ordered off the app and very disappointed with my drink. Ordered a Blue Lava and received colored water. No flavor whatsoever. Tried calling the location a few times and no answer.

Love the peanut butter mood and it’s always fast! Never had to wait for my smoothies very long. Reasonable prices too!

The owner needs to staff this location more. Only one worker in the whole building and all delivery orders. I don’t know anyone wants to wait 30 to 40 minutes for a smoothie…

My boyfriend always buys drink at this location and today was just bad so he picked up his order a little late so there was this white skinny girl with black hair that handed him his drink and rolled her eyes as she was doing that which is unprofessional and really bf customer service we will no longer go to this location because of her and will be reaching out to corporate people like that shouldn’t be working in places where you should be customer friendly!

Clean store. 2 peanut butter chocolate drinks ordered and made correctly. There were not a lot of customers at the time, so everything was quick.

Worse Jamba Juice ever. Slow service and the employees rather entertain their friends and give their friends free drinks than to serve the paying customers. How does it take 45 mins for two bowls with only one other person in the store and 4 employees. I wish they never closed the South Coast Metro location. They should’ve closed this one instead

Came in this morning to get my matcha GREEN tea blast, worker Sunday March 10th totally didn’t make it right. I ordered online and she said I can’t get a refund. I been trying to get it online, but can’t get it. Went back in, asked worker and gives me attitude that doesn’t know how like you’re messing my order up the least you could do is find a solution. Horrible customer service. I don’t know what recipe she followed but this is not a matcha green tea blast!!

I order a $9 smoothie and find a bathroom that is dirtier than most sketchy truck stops.

I went into jamba juice and had a most pleasant experience ordering the simplest of things: a smoothie. And I am compelled to extend my utmost appreciation and sincerest gratitude to Roger who did not treat me as a good customer. Nay. I was treated as royalty for that is exactly how he made me feel from the casual conversation to the intuition applied making the smoothie. I'm guessing Roger saw tall, somewhat athletic male, seeking energy in the smoothie when I entered and was right. He catered to my demands instinctively and put together a incredibly nutrition dense smoothie.... I was blown away. No fluff, I was speechless. Thank you Roger.

Came in on a Saturday there were 3 people working and a gentleman in front of me. Two were working, one was walking back and forth from front to the back. But I noticed she wasn't doing anything. Then the man in front of me in line said he had been in there for 2 or 3 minutes before I walked in and no one even greeted him or asked to take his order. Meanwhile the girl who was going back and forth came up to one of the employees who was making smoothies I assume for online orders if she could clock out. The girl looked at her and said can you take their orders please she said okay then I'm clocking out right after that. I admired the man in front of me in line for his patience because I had walked in and I was waiting at least 2 minutes until the man said something to me. The man had been standing there patiently and politely without being acknowledged. Is it better man than I am because I would have said something. But I felt in his defense I should have wrote this review. Because she finally took his order and was kind of rude to him.

That being said I would suggest strongly to Jamba Juice that they are more thorough in the interviewing/hiring process. Because in my opinion that is unacceptable behavior for an interaction with a customer or lack there of!

My sisters team came in this morning for a team bonding event. They made a run down the street to the closest Jamba Juice but the employees turned them away saying they would only accept purchases with card. That’s absolutely ridiculous, not every high school student has a card and many did not prepare because this has never happened before. I was pretty shocked to hear that when my sister came home and I decided to take a trip down there myself. They accepted my cash payment. Very disappointed to say the least but this store just lost a lot of business considering there was a boys and girls team of 20+ each wanting a refreshing smoothie after a workout. Lucky business for the Bruegger’s next door since they accepted them all. On a side note: i understand there were only two employees but there shouldn’t only be two employees trying to keep up with all the orders; every Jamba Juice I’ve seen has 3-5 and this place does get very busy with the heatwave going on so slow business is not to blame.
