Worker was extremely rude. There's a spot when ordering at the kiosk to put in "special requests". I asked for a different cup so I wouldn't have to use the plastic one. She refused to give me a different cup and was very rude about it. She wanted to charge me $1 for the cup. I wasn't asking for more smoothie. Just a different cup. Not sure what her problem was. Terrible customer service.

Ordered a pumpkin smash (seasonal fall drink). It was made fresh to order and didn’t take more than three minutes. There was one person in front of me before I ordered. The staff was super friendly. Prices are elevated, but that’s any place in the airport.

It was 3 pm and there was no staff there. I submitted my order on the ipad thinking someone would come as soon as I submitted it. It was a good five minutes after the order was placed and no one came. Had to walk to the pizza place next door and wave to the chatting group in the back so someone would come help me. When they came to the jamba side, they didn’t even acknowledge me, just blended the juixce really quick and dismissed me.

stopped here before our flight and had awesome customer service by Gloria. The counter is order by Kiosk but she was patient and super efficient ready to start making our smoothie as soon as we made a decision !

Something’s going wrong at this Jamba. So many ingredients were unavailable, cooker is out. Ordered 2 smoothies. Both were definitely made wrong and not well blended. One of the smoothies is so sour it literally hurts to drink.

The woman working right now on 6/2/23 around 12:20 is so rude. Her name is GLORIA. Hispanic woman with red hair. I was asking questions and she had the worst attitude...even worst she snapped at me. I'm sure she knows how rude she is. Lastly, the drink did not taste anything of what I ordered. Very watered down. Please get better employees.

Did a mobile order she started helping someone before me who came after me. The order said Available and it wasn't done at all. In fact the person at the register had no idea about mobile orders. Had to wait until it was made despite being slow and 3 employees. Not once did any of the employees apologize for the delay, for the order took twice as long as it was supposed to. I am still keeping an eye on my credit card to make sure they removed the charge for the item they didn't have because I didn't get any confirmation that it was cancelled. The smoothie was a 2/5.

Super bummed :( got her at 645pm and the counter girls already had closed sign up. It closes at 7pm. I would have got jamba outside the airport if I knew they would do this. Wish the owners would do something from preventing this from happening:(
This place is extremely dirty and the service is very poor. I didn’t feel comfortable drinking my smoothie after watching the employee drop something and pick it up with her hands (no gloves) and then continue to make the smoothie.

Girl working the counter completely ignored us for about 5 min even though there were no other customers around. Then she rudely said there’s an iPad to order right over there. We ordered our drink which tasted good but the lid didn’t fit the cup . She tried 3 different lids and none would fit. We asked if we could get a new cup and maybe it was the cup. She said some BSthat it was ILLEGAL to give us another cup even though ours was defective and leaking everywhere. Super rude

Just came here to say the young lady working at around noon today (Sunday) was amazing and handled the line on her own like a champ. They are definitely understaffed, and she was working so hard to manage the line and make the drinks at the same time. They're lucky to have her!

Website says they open at 6am. Waited for them to open at 6 went to the window to order to have a rude worker say they open at 7am as my friend walked away to go grab something else the worker started being disrespectful and saying why the hell would she think we open at 7 and being rude. Not good service from this location. Showed the manager the website which shows 6am it was not correct which is ok but be nice abt it.
