Jersey Mike's Subs

My first time here. I ordered the #8 club sub sandwich , and it was delicious. I was also able to add on some extra stuff, which was a great option.

Awful service and experience. Picked up food at the Bristol location in Santa Ana that I ordered ahead and they do not even acknowledge you when you are waiting there and I waited at least 10 minutes until I finally said excuse me and asked about my order and then they said they were working on it.

About another 8-10 minutes go by and then I see a bunch of orders sitting up at the pickup area behind the counter and I said excuse me again and they then checked and my order had been sitting up there for who knows how long.

Then to make matters worse my order was completely wrong and was drenched in oil and vinegar and had lettuce and onions and I specifically marked plain and no oil and vinegar when I ordered ahead and I didn't know it was completely wrong until I went all the way back to work and now I can't eat it and I do not have time to drive back to Jersey Mike's.

Obviously they do not look at the orders that come in and do not care about service which is not usually the case for Jersey Mike's.

Gluten free options!!! Probably one of the greatest experiences my wife and I have had together in the realm of care put into allergies. Specifically, the effort put into making a gluten free environment for our food to be made was top notch. Elliot and the other staff there were able to create an amazing meal for us while consistently swapping gloves, going above and beyond and even getting ingredients safely far from any areas of possible contamination. We truly had ZERO worries that the sub was going to have a negative effect. As always with Jersey mikes super fresh crunchy veggies and food. Loved it.

Staff is horrible. They forgot to add a sub to my to-go order, and when I drove back from work to tell them, they proceeded to tell me I forgot to grab it? When I asked for the manager they conveniently said he was on break.

They did such a good job! I ordered for 6 people online and everything went smoothly. They were careful with my gluten free sandwich and had the order ready in time. No complaints!

Vegetarian options: My husband ordered the veggie sandwich and enjoyed it!

Dietary restrictions: They have gluten free bread and will change their gloves, utensils, etc if you have an allergy.

Jersey mikes is one of my top sandwich spots in Orange County. Very consistent and my husband prefers their tuna sandwich over all other sandwich shops. My jam is the number 9 (club supreme extra mustard and jalapeños)

Don't understand how staff in the store can make the mistakes they do. Ordered one item, ticket said another. Corrected them. They then gave me a completely different item that wasn't either the meal I asked for or the mistake written on the ticket. Four people in the shop and the sandwich still took nearly thirty minutes to make. Got another wrong meal. Ran out of time and had to take the wrong sandwich or else I wouldn't be eating.

Someone stole my information to buy food at the location. I got the email notification and then called them for 15 minutes straight and no one would answer.

Tow cars for money shame on this restaurant

Great fresh sandwiches however can sometimes be inconsistent with the dressing but doesn’t keep me away… most times it’s on point.

No matter what location I go to the service is excellent and the sandwiches are awesome!
