It was my first time trying out Jersey Mikes and even though I went in 15 minutes before closing sandwich artist "Nae" still took her time with me & helped me figure out which sandwich to get. After displaying great customer service she proceeded make the most delectable sandwich I've ever had. 10/10 experience. Will be definitely going back to try out different subs off the menu, Hopefully made by Nae!

Jersey mikes is one of my top sandwich spots in Orange County. Very consistent and my husband prefers their tuna sandwich over all other sandwich shops. My jam is the number 9 (club supreme extra mustard and jalapeños)

Don't understand how staff in the store can make the mistakes they do. Ordered one item, ticket said another. Corrected them. They then gave me a completely different item that wasn't either the meal I asked for or the mistake written on the ticket. Four people in the shop and the sandwich still took nearly thirty minutes to make. Got another wrong meal. Ran out of time and had to take the wrong sandwich or else I wouldn't be eating.

Upon ordering here, I asked for a giant size club sub without bread. I order this from Jersey Mike's often and it's usually given to me either combined in one bowl or separate in 2 bowls. Either or is fine. However on this particular visit, I was told that if I ordered a giant size, they can only put it on bread. Even though I was pretty shocked by this response just from a lack of good customer service in doing something simple that would be helpful to me, still I even offered to pay additional for the extra bowl and lid and yet I was still denied. I was told I had to buy two separate regular doc size sandwiches in order to get it into different bowls. Because I wanted to giant l, I just said fine. Just put it on the bread and I'll just have to not eat the bread. Then the associate proceeds to make a regular size club sub on bread. When he was done I explained how I wanted a giant as this is what the whole conversation was about in the first place. He replied that it was no big deal, and he could just use the other half of the bread to make another sandwich which will be equivalent to the giant. The same exact thing could have been done and put into a separate bowl instead without any hassle or frustration, but instead, poor customer service was chosen by the involved staff.

One female employee on may 21st 2023 said we're closed at 8:55pm. 9pm is 9pm, with in those 5 mins I saw 4 customers got refused while I was sitting in my car.

It's a classic fast food sandwich shop. They can customize your sandwich. It's a good cold sandwich shop. Enjoy!

#13 The Original Italian comes with HAIR in it. Got home and ate the first half of my sub to unfortunately find this inside the second half. Usually not one to post bad reviews but the staff needs to do better. This is gross Be cautious of you order at this location.

This place is great there's so many rude customers that give them hard time when they are just trying to do their job ,such as issues with some rude customers that are cunfused and blame it on the employees .They are great please don't get mad that you didn't get ur way .
