I will always recommend Cakes by JoJo! Our cake turned out to be everything I could of ever imagined and more for my sons first birthday!! It was absolutely beautiful and tasted great too! We had so many people stop us to ask us about where we got such an amazing cake made. So truly talented!!
A tiny little place with really well done croissants. I would put it up there with one of the top 5 croissants in CA . A little pricier than other places but would recommend to any croissant lover. Still have been unable to find a croissant that beats the one at pamplemousse in Redwood City, but this place comes close.

We texted back and forth throwing out ideas of what I needed she worked with my budget even looked for pictures herself to help me with ideas! I am so grateful for her. OMG I just picked up about 6 dozen macaroons from Van and we ordered the season Pumpkin flavor and it was to effing DIE FOR!! Seriously, no joke. Pumpkin pie? Pst! Forget about those outdated things. This little macaroon is what you have dreaming of tasting every holiday season, but we're always left like, "meh... It was better in my head."
I had to stop myself from scarfing down the other 4 dozens.
I have had van's macaroons before and they are always delicious. To be honest I think they are on par if not better than Lauduree, Paris. The smells are sooooooo accurate and she always has awesome Vietnamese inspired Flavors like Lychee macaroon, jackfruit macaroon, taro macaroon and so many more.
She is also the sweetest and loving person you will ever meet. Definitely should order some from her ASAP for the holidays or your next event.
