I love Juan pollo. The chicken seasoning is the best. I recommend it, although there isn't a restaurant nearby where I live, but I don't mind driving UNTIL I find one near me. 🐔
My family always has great experiences here. We get the family meal with 2 sides (beans/potato salad) and the food is great. The meal lasts us for a few meals. Will definitely be back!

Honestly one of the most boring chicken burritos I've ever tried in my 28 years of life. I was excited ordering a chicken burrito considering this well known Mexican chicken place. They litterly gave me a big size burrito filled with dry shredded chicken, rice, and yellow cheese. The chicken was extremely dry and tasteless. It didn't have no seasoning or chicken skin to give it that nice juicy chicken flavor. If I knew it was this bad I wouldn't of honestly just gone to Pollo loco. The new owners are asian not sure if that has something to do with it them but they ruined this place. Last time I came the chicken was actually pretty good. Never coming back. Felt like fake Mexican style chicken. Yellow cheese come on really!!!!!

Hair was found in my rice. The salsa or pico de gallo looked so watery and the chicken was dry. I ordered through delivery and there was a miscommunication between the store and the dasher because I never received the 2liter drink I ordered.
The chicken is really Dry. I am not sure if they are going for Mexican, Or American style of cooking. I had the taco platter, and it could have been a lot better street taco style with cilantro and onion, instead of the shredded cheese and lettuce and tomato wich should have been the hamburger tomato not the smaller softer one they use. The tortillas were microwaved, and fell apart on me. The food at these Pollo places is usually pretty decent. This felt like they did not know what they were going for. Food is $10-15 per plate, plus drinks and they charge for extra salsa, but the one they give you for free is pretty big :) I don't think I'd try this again.
Parking: There is a gym in the shopping center, but the Pollo place is right at the end so there are open spots all the time.
Kid-friendliness: This is a family place, nothing fancy.

Chicken was just okay. Have had Juan pollo from a different location that was better. They forgot one of our sides. Don't order the flan. They falsely advertise what looks like a homemade flan (see pictures). Instead, it's store bought small little thing for $2.99!!
