Jamba's been my go-to for smoothies going on 4 years now. Wanted to try somewhere new recently and wow I am mad at myself for not trying this place sooner! I'm definitely gonna be a new regular customer at this location. It's close to where I live, however, if it was close to where I WORK, I'd no doubt be one of the regular customers every employee knows by name; like how it is at the Jamba by my work. 😉
Bottom line - BOMB smoothies. Have not tried any of the other items they offer... Yet.
Only thing I'd change &/or would request of them, would be to keep the mobile order smoothies that are still waiting to be picked up in a colder, more freezerish fridge so that the drinks don't end up separating so easily after sitting for a while!

Bad experience you saw this place on Monday August 19, 2024 at 10:30 am I am a long time customer and the lady I don't know if she didn't want to or didn't want to take orders or maybe she didn't want to take the order for me, she told me it was closed that they were not taking orders that the entire mall was closed that due to water problems it was not something stupid because all the stores were in service. The problem is that I was outside in my car and more people came to order and they were attended to. I didn't think that because I was Latino the employees of this store were like that.

This store went above and beyond to make my large order of smoothies available on National Smoothie Day. The manager Yailin was so much help and made it so easy for me to order. I definitely will continue coming back to this location for all my Smoothie needs!

I've been coming here for a while now and getting a smoothie bowl in the mornings. I really appreciate the dynamic duo, Yailin and Eddie. They're awesome. They're friendly and bowl is always perfect! Their attention to detail doesn't go unnoticed. Management did a fantastic job by hiring these two!
I was there on 8/15/23 at around 6:55pm with my family. I entered the store and there were 2 young girls working that evening. I was never greeted or acknowledged, not even let know by either one of them how long I was gonna wait and it was at least 10 minutes before one of them went to the register and asked "what are you gonna order?" Her long face couldn't display enough how much she didn't want us to be there. When she gave me the total, she took the money and didn't thank us for shopping there until she saw me take a picture of the QR code to review the store. My family and I are big fans of Juice It Up!, we do love their drinks but the service lately, particularly today, was horrible and I highly doubt that I'll be going back to that specific location. I wouldn't recommend this location to family or friends. The only reason I'm giving it the one star is because I do like their drinks and couldn't leave a review without giving it at least one.

Employees were initially friendly. There's several locations of Juice It Up. Being the kind of place it is means there's a lot of teenagers working there. I've noticed that, what I believe to be employees, stop by to visit during their time off. It distracts the working employees because it becomes social hour. There's no public restrooms. The bowl I ordered was good but not as good as other places I've been. The berries on top were old. I forgot to ask them to leave the banana off. It wasn't a problem because they didn't include the banana or another fruit anyway.
