Pretty average for a donut store. I personally aim to seek out unique and one of a kind donut stores where the donuts are truly of their own creation. I am overly bored of all the same donuts u can buy at every donut store and it seems like they are pretty much made the same way too with ingredients nearly alike as well. Maybe some prefer the staple donuts made the same way where they can access them easily from anywhere they travel but I prefer the ones who set them selves apart and find yummyier ways of making their donuts and make the ingredients and baking process all their own. This place did impress me with the donut holes. They were evenly glazed which I don't usually find and were not too doughy tasting or thick. My mouth wasn't dry like I just took a bite out of plain bread. It was pleasant. Soft shape and evenly soft texture but not underbaked at all. Not the best. But pleasant. I truly wish more donut places would expand their creations with donut holes and their donuts. But maybe these types of donut stores are meant to be staples for those who want the traditional "found every where" types of donuts. In which case the raised yeast donut with chocolate sprinkles was ok. It was a tad thick and nothing special. But far from the worst. And the price was decent. 7.60 for 1dz donut holes and 3 raised yeast with frosting/sprinkles.
Parking: Small parking lot shared with multiple businesses I had a trailer and had to double park along a fire lane but at least there was enough room for others to still drive around me. No pull thru spaces. And parking on street is hit or miss due to the neighborhood.

Katie's donuts is the best donut shop in Santa Ana! The jalapeño croissants are better than any other place I've been to! The owners are so sweet and I have never had a bad experience with anyone that's worked there. They are always nice to my kids. And we have been going to Location since 2018. They always have coffee and chocolate milk, which makes my morning much easier. I hope they stay open in Santa Ana for a very, very, very long time!

Place is under new ownership. The sandwiches as so good. Best breakfast food and best donuts in Santa Ana. They're so soft ? apple fritter was amazing and got to try the best breakfast sandwich in Santa Ana to date. Croissants flaky, cheese melty. Too

The service... tired, boring... no longer willing to serve. D reluctantly. Obliged.. Not the slightest desire to return... the coffee without flavor. Flies flying among the bread. Etc.. I love the place... I better go to him 7 eleven...
I like shopping there although they don't speak Spanish in the store, that needs to be improved, but what they sell very well

I LOVED their breakfast ham & cheese croissants...its definitely worth visiting & trying it. First time visiting (07/18/23) and was pleased to once again savor the delicious breakfast croissants a buddy of mine had brought to an event a week before. I'm glad they're in my city and I'm definitely going back since their service, like their pastries are GREAT. ?

This place had some scrumdiliumcious donut flavors. I can't remember clearly, but there was a peanut better once that was absolutely to die for. Also the people here were also super kind and even would donate to my student film productions at times!
