I was OTR and KFC Tuesday, and the special $10 in AZ doesn't apply in California. Paid much more for the chicken and 2 sides. (Mashed potatoes, macaroni). The food tasted the same, good Ole recipe 😋

After a 12 hour shift and having to come home. Decided to drive by and get some food for my kids. The service was excellent, really polite and friendly. They help us out with a nice fresh badge of fries. It had been a long day and the staff made it happen and finished the night with a nice warm mealtime to enjoy with my family. It’s the small things that count but make a huge difference to people. Thank you to the 3 employees that made our day. Especially the one that took our order in the drive thru. God bless them and their families.

They just decriminated my dad really badly for being disabled they got him very upset they made him get out of his car even tho he had told them he was disabled and hard for him to walk they told to come in to the store and pick up his order and when he went in they had canceled his order and told him they weren't going to give it to them. This people shouldn't be allowed to work in a fast paste fast food place if they can't help the people who come and eat!!!

The chicken is very delicious, that's why I give that score but I don't like that the large portions of breast are not very crispy, the addictions should be more towards the customer's taste preference and not just the options there are.

Yesterday I came in around 6 this young kid took my order I had to repeat myself several times to him cause he didn't seem to understand what it was that I was asking for & I found it weird that he would smirk a lot almost like if he wanted to laugh & his eyes too where red so that's when I said to myself this kid is clearly under the influence of something. My order took forever & I'm pretty sure it had to do with him getting everyone else behind since he clearly wasn't a 100% there this kid was lost while everyone else was trying to take out everyone else's order. This is unacceptable something should be done about this.
