Despite enjoying the meal, I Got extremely sick norovirus from this location and am currently bed ridden vomiting and using the restroom constantly. It's extremely painful and happened only 6-7 hours after this meal, collapsed in restroom and feeling very weak.

Everything was good the food was good the service was good the atmosphere was good the only thing that sucks is that you can't use the app with your EBT card besides that KFC was bomb and we ate all of our leftovers bom bom bom

Never come to this KFC you will run into Maria the shift lead who will blowoff your concerns with your food even if it’s clearly raw and then continue to put her hand in your face almost committing assault

Was in the drive thru and they are definitely racist at this location. I will be reporting them immediately. Went to use ebt and they asked for ID and were purposely being difficult asking who is in the ID when my wife was right next to me and was clearly the person in the ID. Then she proceeded to act like she couldn’t read ( probably cannot) and After correcting her multiple times on the name she kept acting like she couldn’t hear me and just kept saying it wrong.

I was OTR and KFC Tuesday, and the special $10 in AZ doesn't apply in California. Paid much more for the chicken and 2 sides. (Mashed potatoes, macaroni). The food tasted the same, good Ole recipe 😋
After a 12 hour shift and having to come home. Decided to drive by and get some food for my kids. The service was excellent, really polite and friendly. They help us out with a nice fresh badge of fries. It had been a long day and the staff made it happen and finished the night with a nice warm mealtime to enjoy with my family. It’s the small things that count but make a huge difference to people. Thank you to the 3 employees that made our day. Especially the one that took our order in the drive thru. God bless them and their families.

They just decriminated my dad really badly for being disabled they got him very upset they made him get out of his car even tho he had told them he was disabled and hard for him to walk they told to come in to the store and pick up his order and when he went in they had canceled his order and told him they weren't going to give it to them. This people shouldn't be allowed to work in a fast paste fast food place if they can't help the people who come and eat!!!

The chicken is very delicious, that's why I give that score but I don't like that the large portions of breast are not very crispy, the addictions should be more towards the customer's taste preference and not just the options there are.
