DO NOT COME HERE – ROACH INFESTATION

If I could give zero stars, I would. I’ve tried giving this place so many chances over time because the customer service used to be excellent – especially from a young woman named Pricilla (I believe that was her name). She was always kind, respectful, and made every visit feel welcoming. Sadly, I haven’t seen her in quite a while, and since then, this place has gone completely downhill.

I’m an older woman, raised to always keep a clean and orderly home, so I know the difference between a place that’s just busy and one that’s downright filthy – and this place is beyond filth. The roach infestation is out of control. I’ve seen them crawling around like they belong there – on the floor, by the counters, and even near where people are supposed to eat or be served. It’s absolutely unacceptable and a serious health concern.

My husband refuses to come here anymore, and honestly, I don’t blame him. This place clearly isn’t being cleaned or maintained like it used to be. I’m extremely disappointed and disgusted. I will not be returning, and I highly recommend others stay away until serious changes are made.

I would give 0 stars if possible. Would not recommend I asked for extra sauce not sure if the lady was trying to be funny but she expected me to eat this. $12.99 on something I had to throw away

I walked in and waited for about 5 minutes to be serviced and nothing I walked out and saw the employee on her phone outside ignoring the inside this was at 8:10pm will not be coming back very unprofessional service

Girl helping is absolutely disrespectful and disgusting she should not be working in food service with that additude if you don't like your job just quit whatever they are paying you they are over paying you !!!!!

Employees are not welcoming to customers, Bristol and Warner location is better on customer service and more variety of items.

There is a young man who's name is David was so helpful and very nice. He greeted us when we came into the establishment. Would definitely be back.

Worker named David was very helpful and was overly just a sunshine to talk to.

My daughter Kirsten loved the Cookie Monster Ice cream. And I liked the spicy Pulparindo with real fruit flavor Ice cream.
