La Michoacana Ice Cream

I love this brand ice cream, but this location is a total joke and rude. They have many flavors I don’t know. Lady offered me samples, I got three, but when I asked for one last sample she refused to provide it in rude manner. I was ready to take at least two flavors I tried. Well, I will spend my money at a different location.

The coconut tastes like you are actually eating the coconut from the tree.

Ridiculous so overpriced!.Prices are misleading . Ask for exact prices before purchasing anything from this place. RUDE service.

I have to say, I have been to quite a few La Michoacanas, my visit here seemed a bit off. My son and I walked in, the lights were off and their wasn't anyone in there. We looked through their ice cream flavors for a few minutes before a lady came in from the back. My son ordered and ice and so did I. When we went to the register to pay, the total seemed a bit off so I asked if the pricing was correct. She pointed at a hand written notebook paper by the register and said "oh yes, this is our new prices." I told her, that's misleading. I looked and took into account the prices on the men. She said, "thank you for your comments, we'll take them into account." This price practice is misleading to its customers.

One thing I cannot stand is being denied use of the bathroom when I'm a paying customer. This out of service sign has been there for years.

I see that there are people complaining about the person who serves and yes, I had that very rude lady and the children, so lady, I changed your attitude, believe me, we will not go again for being so rude.

Stopped for an agua de frutas it was ok. I also bout an esquite, it tasted awful like it was going bad.

Terrible service, older lady and the people are not friendly, they are sad. we will never return

The lady who served me was very filthy, I will not return to this place nor do I recommend it.

Girl was extremely rude and they don't wear gloves she touched my ice cream!!
