Fresa con crema on the menu is listed as $8.5 for small one yet I paid $10.66. Not sure why they try to loot people if they are not familiar mexican foods
Showed up and asked the worker for a chamango, he didn’t he didn’t know what that was. I confirmed if this was a biónico place and he said yeah, so I told him a chamango was like a mangoneada but with ice cream. He said he could make it, and he di, but it took forever.
I was the only customer and he took like 10 mins to make my order, which was the chamango, a strawberry ice cream, and a bag of chips.
I felt like I was in the zootopia movie at the DMV scene.
The snacks are mid… they don’t have good flavor and they are way overpriced.
Very good ice cream and economical. Service person was very nice and helpful. Even showed me the fruit, mamey, as i had never seen the actual fruit. This proved to me even moreso that the ice cream is made there in the store. Highly recommend.

Nice, happy place. Colorful, but above all very hygienic. And their popsicles, ice cream. Unmatched the # 1.
Ice cream was good. The staff was fast and friendly once we walked in the door. Place itself has great corners for cute photo ops.
The strawberries and cream tasted like it had salt in it, and the snows very small the scoop

This place is not at all like the original Michoacana. Do not fall for the imitating decor. Quality of ice cream is terrible. And when I ordered through their website they didn't even have half the things they said they had. Negative stars if I could
Service was good but quality of fruit was the poorest I have ever had. Had to throw it away because of how old it was and how horrible it tasted. The place has the potential to become a trendy ice cream bar simply because of cute and modern it was decorated but if they want to stay in business for a while they are really gonna have to step up their game and do better in terms of the quality they are serving customers.
The best milkshake in Santa Ana. It's delicious. The place is very nice to have a snack ☺️ the girls are very friendly
