I went Saturday dec 7 and a gentleman named Santi was working the night shift. Gentleman is a kind word compared to his behavior. It was clear he didn’t want to be there from the moment we entered and asked questions about the esquite. He was cussing and had rude comments to the point where I ended up leaving my order that wasn’t touched because of loss of interest after dealing with him. When he was on the phone with the manager I asked to speak to him in which he ignored me. The whole experience was disgusting especially acting and speaking that way in front of a toddler and baby.

Good ice cream but not parents friendly, I asked for a small bowl for my 6 year and 8 year old and they made a huge bowl for them. Not only then way too expensive but also too much sugar for the little ones.

Terrible service, first of all the customer service is the worst, the guy is very slow and shy when it comes to serving. The nachos I bought had a bad presentation, they were just pieces and the cheese was cold. I have gone to MICHOACANA PREMIUN and there the service is the best, the nachos are all ordered and whole.

Note: this is a review for the OTHER la michoacana pink in this mall. For some reason only one shows on maps.Small venue, but employees were effective if not engaged. Pine nut ice cream was absolutely delicious, and sampling the ice cream was a fun way to pick a flavor.

The new employee(male) is definitely there To make the business look bad, this was the second time in a week that I go to get strawberries and cream. Today he stated that the strawberries were spoiled, and he couldn’t serve them When the strawberries were right behind them as shown in the picture. I believe he just did not want to prepare them. Also the Agua Fresca that I got was spoiled tasted really bad. After we walked way we looked back at him as and he had ran to the fridge to grab the strawberries and maybe hide them or toss them away. Won’t be shopping here any more
Like some kind of strawberry sorceress, I will come back for more fresas con crema.

This was my first time here, ordered an ice cream cone it was gave it to me without any cover on the cone it is not good specially now during COVID-19 and when we asked the girl for a napkin she just pointed where to get it, asked for an ice cream bar and it was very old... Not recommend it at all!!!
