I love the place but I recommend adding a menu/labels to see what the flavors are called and prices. Tell me why I assumed that I got a good flavor but got the craziest flavor combo ðŸ˜ðŸ’€ freakin raspberry & cottage cheese please remove this flavor ASAP!!!! Weird ahh texture and flavor… I know this ice cream chain is predominately, Hispanic, so of course, they’re going to speak Spanish, but they should be more open to speaking English to non Spanish speakers. I’m just saying this because if you don’t speak Spanish, they will give you like a sort of a dirty look or just not very welcoming look in my opinion.

The ice cream is 1st class. A-1!! The quality of food alone would get 5 stars! One star deduction for their lack of menu, as well as their inability to label the flavors or verbalize what the flavors are in English. There's a huge screen which previously posted a menu which no longer is used. One star deduction for the homeless drug addict that walked in and out several times to beg for money from customers seated inside. Is this allowed? They witnessed this but said nothing to dissuade it....

Flavours are outstanding10/10 friendly great customer service, however the fact that there no menu available for customers to see it’s was not the best experience for me because you need to ask for everything prices and also no labels on the 50 varieties of ice cream. Hope the owners see the feedback and actually do something about this.

Had a very disturbing night. First timer to this place and the customer service did not help at all. First we didnt know they didnt have cotton candy which my daughter wanted and hoping to get so when the person who helped us said they didn't my daughter didnt know what else to get. We felt rushed to just get something we understand they had a line but again first time coming to this place. The person who helped us was not friendly at all his sarcasm messed up my whole visit. He made us feel dumb explaining each area and rushing us I ended up not getting anything for myself didn't like the service I was definitely not getting anything like that. Honestly wouldn't go again, we ended up getting a cookie ice cream which at the end we didn't like, my son also ordered fresas con crema nope tasted like strawberry milk. It was just not our night or a good first time impression. We didn’t appreciate the attitude at all.

The owners of this should check the employees more because among them they have to send each other to serve the clients, you are left waiting to see who is willing to work ?
To be frankly honest, they do not have prices posted. They have a QRcode for prices, guess what ... they aren't the right prices.
They do not mark what thier ice-creams are, you kinda have to guess or ask when they serve you... Very confusing. Don't have to lie... Good ice-cream tho... but Be better on being less confusing on service... may help your customer have a seamless experience at this ice-cream Chain..

The menu is not user friendly it’s bubbly letters with non descriptive pictures and there are a lot of ice cream bar options. I don’t speak Spanish and they don’t attempt to speak English. I really don’t understand this, I have no problem with anyone’s primary language but I’m in your business trying to spend money and you’re annoyed that I don’t speak Spanish. There is no way to tell what the some 40 options for the ice cream bars are and when you ask they seem confused/annoyed. Also ordered a mangonada and got some weird thing that was certainly not a mangonada. However my dog truly enjoyed the strawberry ice cream so hence the 3 stars and not 1.

It looks well stocked, nice lighting, maybe tables need a little cleaning but definitely needs a little more costumer service. Just a greet or acknowledgement that they see you've arrived and that they'll be right with you when coming into the business would be great. But they are nice once they get to you. And food is good, behind the counter looks nicely kept and clean. The biggest location of theirs that I've seen so far.
