Best birria spot in OC, def my go to spot. Been going here for a couple of years now. Many of great dishes, lots of salsas, and amazing workers. Recommended if you have a chance to stop, won't be disappointed

La Super Birria was extremely delicious. We had the quesobirria tacos and torta. Atmosphere was very friendly and attentive to us. The Birria was very flavorful and with all the right spices. We plan on going back for more and looking forward to trying their ice cream they will be offering soon.

The place is nice, the food is normal, it's not something special but you can try it so you don't have to worry about wanting to go, although I wouldn't go back hehe, there are other birria places with more seasoning, I'm not saying it's bad but you can still remove the thorn.
